Excellent customer service
Looks great and seems sturdy. Many of the chairs were bent during shipping and with a quick email to the company they sent out new chairs within a weeks time. Nice furniture and excellent customer service.

Good weatherproof chair, but overpriced and NOT wood
First off, there are no instructions included to assemble the back, seat, and two arms with the included socket-head machine screws and washers. Two of the screws are longer than the rest (these attach the arms to the back) so separate those out first. Assembly from there is intuitive and quick with the included hex wrench. Quicker if you have a ball-ended hex wrench bit and a power screwdriver.The entire chair is lightweight, making it easy to move around. They’d be perfect for an apartment deck where constant stacking/unstacking is needed and you don’t want heavy chairs to deal with.Unfortunately, the listing is misleading as the “unique wood material” appears to be plastic with a woodgrain texture and teak coloring. Or perhaps a wood-based composite material? Regardless, hopefully it proves to be much more durable and no-maintenance compared to real teak wood – but the listing should be revised to accurately describe the actual material.The aluminum frame is welded and seamless with very good workmanship, so no worry about water leaking inside. Likewise, the (plastic?) teak-colored inserts are attached with a plethora of button head screws – which would make replacing the inserts easy if needed. The whole chair appears to be weatherproof with no worry of rust or rot.I’m 5’7″ and found the chair to be comfortable, with tall armrests that support my arms well. My husband and sons are 6′ and taller, and each said the lower edge of the backrest dug into their backs. So this might not be a “one size fits all” patio chair for long stints of sitting.The $80 price per chair at the time of this review is very steep for a lightweight aluminum/plastic chair. Had I seen this chair in person before ordering it, I would not have purchased it at this price.

Damaged, Missing Pieces, No customer service or refund
EDIT AT BOTTOM.I am waiting to hear back from the store themselves but I have seriously disliked the pieces ordered and process of it because it wasn’t supposed to be delivered at all. The order was supposed to be cancelled and refunded by Amazon support. They told me the put the refund in and id see it. I did not, and not until that, I was still shipped the table and chairs (dented, scratched, poor manufacturing not allowing screws to go in correctly, and missing A LOT of screws and washers).Extremely poor value. Looks damaged, and difficult to assemble with screws missing.Edit: I’m leaving the above for transparency and to let people know how useless Amazon was. On the other hand, I reached out directly to Pamapic and they were very helpful.They also couldn’t accept a return after this long, but they immediately offered an alternative, a new set free of charge.We gladly accepted, that’s a responsible business.

Poor Quality Control
Poor quality control. 3 of the 6 chairs had bent seat attachment points. Also only had enough hardware to assemble 3 of the 6 chairs. 🙁
