Great Smart Lock — Easy to Use and Very Handy
I bought this Keyless Entry Smart Door Lock for my front door, and I’m really happy with it. It was easy to install, and I had it working in less than 20 minutes.The fingerprint scanner works fast and unlocks the door right away. The keypad is easy to see and use, even at night. I also like that I can make temporary codes for guests or deliveries.The lock feels strong and well-made. The deadbolt works smoothly, and the design looks nice on the door. Great find. This unit is high quality and well designed. I have researched and installed a few of these smart locks. This one is the best quality so far. Five stars. I never thought I’d be this excited about a deadbolt, but this yhv unit has completely changed the game for me. It’s not just a lock; it’s a genuine upgrade to my home security and daily convenience. Short Term Rental nightmare
I’m sorry to say this but this lock worked great at first, the app is a little troublesome but after trying different ways I was able to work it out. The problem started when after one week the app became unresponsive and I could not open a door, add a new password, lock the door. This is so frustrating because I had guests at my STR that were checking out and they locked the door shortly after they realized they left a few items inside and they could not get back inside. They contacted me and I tried to create a new password, gave them my master code and attempted to open it via the app but none of those worked. Finally, I had to give them the code to a lockbox containing the hard key for it, and they were able to open the door, they were frustrated and angry. Because of that I earned a really bad review but I deserved that since I trusted this device. Be careful with this lock. I was lucky I had a key nearby but the inconvenience it caused my guests is beyond repair.

Pretty nice lock
So far pretty good. The lock seems to be of decent quality, and functions well. Not a huge fan of the app but if you’re mostly using fingerprint of code for keyless entry you don’t need to load it up often. Install was straight forward the original deadbolt hole was the proper size. Hopfully last longer then the yale keypad locks I’ve gone through 2 each lasting 3-4 years. I dinged one star because app could be better and would be nice if it were available in other then black. Also doesn’t take much pressure, to trigger the durress alert where it messages your phone saying the door was opened under durress.(cause if your under durress your suppose to push hard on he fingerprint sensor)

Google Assistant functionality requires a Hub such as Google Nest.
This lock works well, is easy to install and the fingerprint reader has been reliable so far. I have only had it for a few days so I can’t speak for longevity or even battery life. If I find my opinion deteriorating after time I will come back and update this review.It appears to be solid, not easily compromised and I have tested remote unlocking which was a requirement for this purchase. Integration with google assistant requires a google nest, which I don’t have so that option of unlocking isn’t available to me. I could use my Alexa device, but I have taken her offline for now, because she was always getting erroneously involved in conversations and even TV shows. I still give this lock 5 stars for it’s functionality, without being able to unlock by voice command since that is more my choice at this point.I am not really pleased with how it looks on the inside, not particularly attractive so I may look at painting it or covering with something. But it looks very good on the outside.
