The custom blind turned out awesome. The size was exactly right, and putting it up was super easy. The material feels solid and not cheap at all. It does a great job blocking out light, just like it said it would.What I really love is being able to control it with the app or Alexa—super convenient, especially when I’m feeling lazy. We bought 7 blinds back at the beginning of August. They all showed up well packaged and in perfect condition . They were super easy to install. Pairing the remote was a little tricky but then I realized it’s easy if you do one at a time and shut the previous ones off when do the next one. So far almost 4 months with no issues and still on the original battery charge from when we got them.

When they arrived, the colour was off, so I reached out to the company with low expectations but I was surprised to receive a near real-time response and a workable solution within minutes. Love the blinds. We got them 1/3rd the price compared to a local seller. We were a little skeptical about the quality of the production so we decided to buy a smaller shade for a smaller window. Installation was quick and easy and the product was quality made. Very impressed!. Customer service was excellent and the response time was fast.The color we selected was Linen White and we love it.We’ve been running the blinds for a month now and they open and close automatically every day. No more need to do it manually. Since the blinds are good, we will be making another larger purchase for our bigger window.For anyone buying the smart motor with “thread” technology, make sure you buy yourself the hub as well. Although some Alexa units support thread technology, we found that only the very high end expensive Alexa models have it. This being the case, we weren’t able to control it with our Alexa units until we got a dedicated thread router. If you want to control the unit via Alexa and you don’t want to buy a dedicated thread router, make sure your Alexa supports it.
