We like it!
This is a nice table top firepit. I like that it comes with a cover, and that it stores the propane tank inside out of sight. It was easy to assemble, with straight forward instructions. The pieces were well-labeled. It took just under an hour to assemble, mostly by myself. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands to line up panels. Be sure to follow the instructions to not tighten down the screws until they are all attached. It is attractive and matched the chairs we already had very well.The only minor drawbacks are that the door panel is more of a pressure fit due to not fitting exactly centered, rather than closing from the magnetic hold. Since you only use the door to change the propane tank, this is not inconvenient. And as with any fire pit I’ve ever seen, it does not come with enough lava rock for our liking. This is so common, I expected to have to buy more, so we bought glass to replace the lava rock. The ignitor is battery powered, and the battery is not included, so you will need one AAA battery to operate. But the ignition system is easy and works well. We have been using it several nights, an hour each, without having to replace the propane, so it is frugal in its use of propane. Overall, it is a quality piece, attractive, a decent value and puts out good heat.

Wicker fire pit
The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the igniter didn’t work at all and there were a few minor scratches on the top when it arrived. Overall, we like the fire pit – it looks nice and gives off good heat. It was easy to assemble and we substituted fire glass instead of the included fire rock.

Poorly constructed and no customer service
Purchased bc I wanted an inexpensive fire pit for our deck. I wasn’t sure we would use it a lot, so didn’t want to spend a lot of $. We received it and started putting it together only to find that several of the bolts were stripped and/or poorly aligned so I emailed the customer service at the address given to request a replacement for the faulty panel. (and assured 24 hr response). That was Sept 14 and as of today, Oct 29 we have not heard back. We were able to find some other bolts that worked and put it together. As you can see in the picture, not a lot of care was given in making sure the parts fit together well. Yesterday we moved it to the deck and fired it up only to find that there is a gas leak rendering it unusable. All connections were checked/rechecked. It is a bulky item that I don’t really want to bother with returning. Perhaps we can replace the connection hose and use it. I would not recommend for purchase-there are hundreds of other options out there to choose from.
