I had an unfortunate situation where my fire pit glass top shattered so I contacted the supplier and explain my situation. They offered to supply me a new glass top which they did. I received my new glass top today, it fits perfect and looks great! I can now enjoy my fire pit again. I included a picture from before and after.

Highly recommend, great quality!
First impression is that it’s really packaged well. Although the boxes were obviously manhandled by the shipper everything survived without a trace. The instructions were clear and it went together well. The materials seemed very high quality. Now that we’ve used it a few weeks ago, really love it on cool mornings and evenings. One minor issue is that the lighter doesn’t work well. I am sure it’s an alignment issue between the gas feed and the spark that I will figure out soon enough. I knows both are working. Great product that I highly recommend to anyone.

Do not order , missing parts. Emails are so slow about problems.not happy. That was my frist review, did not know shipped in 2 boxes and not at the same time. I got all the boxes and it does look good.

Beautiful fire pit – well made and your friends will be jealous!
This fire pit is a conversation piece. It is really well made and is just beautiful when turned on. Assembly took a little work and some of the holes were hard to align and needed two people to get compression and tighten screws. But that was a small problem next to the overall terrific quality, including the included high-quality glass wind blocker and glass stones to insert. Highly recommend!
