Good product but poor instructions
The product itself seems to be good quality and what I expected when I ordered it, however the installation could have gone more smoothly if there were better instructions. Once the screen was screwed on it tilts slightly down no matter what I do, but it’s not too big of a problem, and overall we are happy with it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Used this for my Echo Show 21. Easy to mount and adjust. The swivel is a little rough and not as smooth as I would like but I am overall satisfied with the purchase. All the hardware was included and was at a good price point

So when I first held it in my hand out of the box I thought it seemed pretty sturdy and for a small Tv it likely would be ok. However I put a 42″ Tv on this little guy while it holds there is noticeable wiggle.Also the mechanism that allows the mount to swing down is CHEAP two cheap screws that hand tighten with plastic wing nuts. If you over loosen them to swing the mount up/down they come completely loose and undo. There is also no ability to tighten the tv in place when down it just kinda flops there.For the price its not bad if you have a smaller TV. If your in a pinch give it a try like I did for a larger tv I don’t expect it to last too long without repair/modification
