Great Tv Stand
This TV stand with a built in fireplace is an amazing addition to my home.From the start. the experience was great. Assembly was very manageable, and once it was set up, the quality really impressed me.The standout feature is, without a doubt, the heating element. It gets wonderfully nice and warm, delivering truly great heat that quickly makes the room cozy. It’s real!
We needed something for our office that could hold multiple consoles, a printer, and a few extra items floating around the room. Before this, we had a separate space heater and a small console table crammed in there, which made the room feel even smaller than it already is. Despite the lack of reviews, I took a chance on this piece—and I’m so glad I did. It’s aesthetically pleasing, offers plenty of storage, and feels very sturdy. The size is perfect for the space, and it instantly made the room feel more organized and open. I was a little nervous when the fireplace insert and console table shipped separately, but they both arrived without issue. Highly recommend this table!

Looks Good and compliments the Living Room
It was somewhat easy to install; looks great and gives out adequate heat.The reason I gave it a 4 Star is because as you see in the pictures below. The Labels of items were missing. and the instruction could be a lot better. You have to judge which piece goes where in most of my build as the numbers were not there. Also I would check to make sure you have all the parts needed. I was missing the E2 part which goes on the sliding drawers. So I made a couple from the Dowls and it work great. I also posted pictures of the fire with different colors looked great on Christmas Eve.Over all I would recommend this setup

Worth the time and pain it takes to built it!
I read on here that it took someone’s husband an hour to put this together… Man I wish he would’ve helped me. Single lady here who really wanted to build this in an hour, but it sadly took me 2.5. When I opened everything up and took everything out of the packaging, I would’ve put it back inside the box if I could’ve tetrised it in there somehow. I was feeling discouraged at first, but once I started putting things together, it wasn’t that bad. There was one part where I felt like my fingers were gonna fall off, but thank goodness that’s in the past. It’s made of good quality materials, the size is perfect for what I was looking for, and it heats up the entire first floor in minutes! Highly recommend this!!!!

Item was missing Instruction manual and damaged Piece of wood!
Bought the item on a sale and when it was delivered to our house we notice the box was in relatively poor shape. After opening the box and unpacking everything we discovered that there was no instruction manual included in the box so trying to assemble it because a real challenge. Once we started assembling it tho we notice that one of the pieces of wood was cracked almost all the way in half making it so we could even try to assemble the item any further. And then when we went to exchange the item for one that wasn’t damaged and missing stuff, the only thing it would allow us to do was request a refund and rebuy that item mean we would be stuck paying full price for it instead of just being sent on that wasn’t defective. Seemed like it was gonna be a good product but turned out to just be disappointing and irritating. Hopefully other buys will have a better experience.

Missing Box 1. No help from customer service.
This delivery comes with 2 boxes. Only box 2 was delivered. I reached out to customer service immediately when I only received box 2. They responded my package is still out for delivery. My delivery status states “delivered”, where is my box 2!? I have been trying to get a hold of costumer service to help resolve this issue but so far, still no response. I have pictures and ring video footage of the delivery. I just wish someone would respond and tell me something!Update: Although customer service never responded to my message, my Box 1 finally appeared on my doorstep. The product is cheap but cute. Serves it purpose. Wouldn’t pay full price for it though so I’m satisfied that I purchased it for under $200 during the Black Friday Sale.
