Great bookshelves
I love my four-tier bookshelf. It was easy to assemble, is VERY sturdy and looks great in my office. It will hold a lot of weight, if needed. I would definitely recommend it. It will last a long time.

Looks good. It is pretty sturdy. I wish the wood shelf was an inch or two wider (just personal taste). Almost fits all my books.Just watch when putting it together the holes match up on the same sideOf the ends. Note that there is a middle connector on the back X when putting it together. Took me a second. The screw that holds it together is the smaller one in a separate pouch. May seem obvious to most, took me a second tho. Easy to put together, quality material. I agree that the price didn’t have to be so high. But looks like it will last.

Nice shelf, can’t wait for the replacement one to get here!Will buy again!10-14-25, update new book shelf came, had same problem. Had to use a rubber mallet to get the boards in to metal sides. After assy it looked good and very sturdy! Please make the width of shelves just a little smaller

Good news, it’s the real deal and a solid purchase, worth the money.
I’m a 74 year old retired USN Engineering rating and have a Masters from Purdue. I was very impressed with this item. The instructions were clear, the parts fit together as predicted and it is very sturdy. I could stand on the shelves without worry and I’m no small man. I wouldn’t tempt the box girder uprights, but I have confidence that packing this unit with books won’t be a disaster waiting to happen. Steady when all the bolts are tightened up. Everything went together where it should. Very much worth the money. I will follow this brand, one of very few that I’ve done so.Just bought another one. This one I get to keep. “Yes, dear, I’ll get another one. That one looks nice next to your desk.”

I’ve got this shelving unit next to my bed to hold all my essentials. It looks nice, doesn’t wobble, and the open back and sides mean I can pass an extension cord and charging cables and stuff through there.I wish SO MUCH that there was a version of this unit that was the same height as what I got but with one more shelf. Then it would be absolutely PERFECT. But I understand that this is intended to be for books and they’re spacing the shelves accordingly.As at least one other review has mentioned, don’t forget how the metal frame on this unit affects the stated measurements. The actual usable space of each shelf on this 36″ wide unit is about 29.5″ wide x10″ deep.

This shelving unit is perfect for what I was looking for. Needed something long and skinny to clean up some clutter in my living room. Beautiful unit and sturdy. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the back cross brace is flimsy and useless. It’s designed to put a screw thru to reinforce to wall, but it would really just snap off if my toddler pulled on it. I created makeshift straps and attached the actual frame into wall studs on all four sides instead.
