So far so good. Instructions indicated assembly could be completed in 30 minutes, took me about an hour and a half, in part because I didn’t read closely enough, in part because they didn’t take into account just how long it took to get the protective film off!I’ve used it twice on calm nights. It’s been great, plenty of heat and good coverage. We also bought a protective cover, you need a ladder to put it on, so a bit of a pita and means you’re really gonna want to use the heater before you take the cover off.

Product was packaged well with no damage and had no flaws in workmanship. Putting it together was a breeze using a cordless screwdriver and after a short purge of air in the connection hose it lit up on the first try. As you can see in the video the flame reaches all the way to the top and so far has ran 5 hours at full flame on a standard bbq grill tank. Not sure how much LP is left but I’m satisfied if it only runs a short time longer since it stated 8 hours runtime on a tank which I figured was set on a low flame setting. At 43* outside it heated our 12×16 metal roof gazebo up to the point peoples jackets were being taken off. I’m guessing it was in the mid 60’s inside and that was with a wind blowing under the curtains the whole time as the winds that night were around 12-17 mph. Our gazebo has a dual roof design so ventilation was not an issue. We probably lost most of the heat out the top but there was still enough to warm the space nicely. Conclusion, this was a great purchase. It blew past my expectations with flying colors and is one of the best additions to our outdoor living space so far. It has added not only time to use this space longer and earlier in the year but is an incredible focal point when guests walk in.

Lot of film to remove and gets HOT
Lots of parts, and most is covered in protective film that is a real pain to remove. Can be assembled by 1 person though 2 is better. The heat reflector on the top is more of a umbrella for the unit and will not protect anything above from heating/melting. Started right up but the temp control is either all or none. First time I’ve ever used this style so not sure how others function compared. Did what I needed at time I needed it. Will probably sell it.

We have a beautiful open space where we wanted to sit and enjoy the exterior while weather allow us, therefore we purchased this heater, however it doesn’t emit enough heat for us to be confortable, plus it consumes alot of propane, in 5 nights/ 2hrs approximate in a roll we used an entire carboy…:(
