I am impressed!
I ordered 2custom sized Zebra blinds on November 10 and they were delivered on November 19. That was a pleasant surprise, made it for Thanksgiving which I didn’t expect. The blinds were wrapped beautifully, well protected, everything expected was neatly included in small boxes , we were impressed with the professional way the packaging looked. Then opening the carton was very easy and the blinds well wrapped to protect and keep my Ivory blinds clean. Instructions were easy to understand and even the screws were in a box along with raw plugs if we needed them. I was pretty apprehensive about whether they would fit, but they fit perfectly! My husband installed them and they look beautiful. Put the included batteries in the remote and blinds worked perfectly immediately. I am still working to set up the Alexa part and change the remote to have the blinds coordinate with up and down. I am so impressed with Smart Wings and would really recommend them. I had quotes of over $3,000 and these cost about $760, that is really a savings! Again thank you Smart Wings!

Bottom line up front: This is an excellent product. Shipping was much faster than expected. Instructions were on target. Customer service was amazing. I’ve bought 7 SmartWings motorized shades and am making plans to buy up to 15 more!Installation was easy! You could get by with just a Phillips head screw driver, but I used a smaller drill bit to pre-drill the screw holes to prevent cracking the trim around my window. I also used my drill to screw in the mounts. I took just as long to unbox and prep everything as it did to install these blinds. The first blind took 10 minutes as I was being extremely careful, triple checking everything. Subsequent blind installs were about 5 minutes each. One large blind I installed required drilling through ceramic tile so that one took about 20 minutes.Take a look at my photos and videos. Those should speak for themselves. We are very pleased with the results. In case you are wondering, this is not a paid review. I bought my products at the same price as anyone else.

Works great with SmartThings
Worked great out of the box less than 60 minutes to take down the old and put up the new. A little tricky connecting to SmartThings as it didn’t initially confirm but about an hour later and it connected by itself. Very attractive and works great. Closes by itself at sunset and opens about an hour after sunrise.

No worries about quality, shipping
First the bad…the bolts to attach the extenders (used for outside mount) are very small…good luck if you drop something. They don’t pack any extras. Now the good…whoever works in the packing/shipping dept. should be given an atta boy, for a job well done! Also, the dimensions ordered are the dimensions built. The installation instructions are good. The motor is not too noisy, but you can hear it. I bought two shades so I only needed one remote, (both my shades are in the same room) they sent me a second one anyway. Probably a good idea to have an extra, in case the dog chews on it. One remote will operate 5 different shades. I think of the new shades as garage door openers for the windows.

Not only are these beautiful but they work wonderfully. They were easy to install and easy to pair with the remote and to set the level that the shades go up and down. I am needing to order more shades and couldn’t find the information I needed on Amazon so I called Smartwing and they were very pleasant and helpful! Recommend 100%

Love, LOVE these blinds!!
The quality is great. Doesn’t look cheap. My husband was able to install them easily. I love that they give you an option of what side the motor will be on. I placed my motor on the side that was closest to an outlet for charging. Our window frames were built crooked. These blinds still fit well and look great!! If you measure correctly you really shouldn’t have any issues! I’m buying blinds for the rest of the house today!

I purchased the white with 80% blackout and they have been fantastic. They look great, they do a good job with the light, easy to install and work great. I will be purchasing for other rooms. Highly recommend.

was nervous to buy as they are expensive. but the result is great. fast delivery. accurate size, well designed and relatively easy to install (HomeKit, matter over thread). instructions are decent. they are relatively transparent and will not darken a room, however they do block direct sun and heat very well. solar charging is great. they do provide nice privacy from outside with slats open and full privacy with them closed. they are quiet. best to install by taking a picture of matter code to use after they are hung. set up the hand remote first, use remote to activate pairing and then pair off the photocopy of the matter code, otherwise you will need to remove to get at the code which is at the top of the blind. very responsive to HomeKit as they do not need an extra app or connect to home network.

We are thrilled with our new blinds!!!!- Husband said they were easy to install- These arrived in less than a week (I’m in Canada). I couldn’t believe it! Especially because they are custom made- They are high quality. Provides excellent light blocking (I would say these are ~85% blackout but we also didn’t opt for the side panels). We have curtains that go over them overnight so for us the shade they provide is perfect.- Very quiet!- Excellent customer service. Order process was very easy!

I have owned this shades for almost 2 years now. Very impressed with the quality and durability. Install went smooth with the video instructions found online. Seller has good communication and answers questions promptly. Ask questions before you buy so you know that it will work for your needs. I have only charged this about 3 times since install. Go the zebra blinds. Shipping took about 4 days over to the GTA. Had it installed in about 60 seconds (took off the old blinds, installed the brackets and the blinds snapped into place).Connected it to Home Assistant via my existing Zigbee network and it works like a charm.The blinds go up + down fast, they seem reliable so far, they’re quiet and they look great. I will be buying more for other rooms in my house.
