Beautiful ambiance, good heat, good quality.
These heaters are fantastic! They look great and provide plenty of heat for our purposes. They were fairly simple to assemble, just pay attention to the diagrams and which pieces you are using for each section. They come with wheels to be able to roll them around if necessary. They are also much better than the typical pedestal heater stands with the satellite dishes on top when it comes to the wind. These will stay standing, while the pedestal style would always blow over in strong winds. We had two pedestal style heaters destroyed due to winds. They are well built and sturdy. They are simple to light and provide great ambiance to our backyard. They come with covers too! We liked them enough to buy 3.

Perfect addition to our Arizona home
I purchased the smaller square patio heater and it’s perfect for our seating area. Well packaged, easy to assemble with good instructions.The only complaint is the igniter would not lite the flame. Often this type of igniter goes bad anyway so I drilled a half inch hole through the metal casing and now use my gas lighter. Works great- the burner flame is very nice to look at, perfect amount of heat for our seating arrangement. Love it 👍

This is my second pyramid heater. The first was purchased a couple of years ago and I wanted a second one for another deck. I love the ambiance of these. It’s like having a campfire on your deck. They do put off some heat but if you’re not in an enclosed area then any breeze will eliminate the heat. These are not radiant heaters but they are great for making firelight on a deck or other area. That said, the new pyramid arrived. It was packaged extremely well. The directions were clear. the parts well protected. Assembly was easy. The materials also appear to be well made and fit was good. No complaints EXCEPT that the burner / valve has an issue. The pilot won’t light so it is pretty much unusable. I would like to get a replacement part but the only support listed in the manual is an email address. I’ve tried to contact them but no response. It seems that if it doesn’t work you don’t have any options for parts. I’m not sure what to do with it now. I don’t think I can return it assembled :)edit 11/7 – after about a week I received an email response offering a full refund or free replacement. It took a few days but they are offering to completely take care of the issue. I will try for the replacement since the overall quality appears quite good. I just got unlucky.

Patio Heater
I purchased this for my screened-in sunroom and it looks absolutely stunning. I’m so glad I didn’t pay to have it assembled—I’m a 63-year-old woman and put it together all by myself in about an hour. It lights easily and is very simple to operate. I love it so much that I’m ordering another one so I can have one on each side of the room. This patio heater is absolutely luxurious and beautiful. I definitely recommend this product.

Horrible Quality and No Refund – Do Not Buy
After taking the time to carefully assemble the item, it turns out the heater does not even work. I’ve tried two brand new batteries for the igniter. I’ve tried two full propane tanks. I’ve ensured the propane tanks are ON. I’ve followed instructions to purge air from the line. I’ve inspected for leaks. I followed ALL of the instructions precisely. Of note, I tested both propane tanks using a fire table I already own. My fire table works just fine using either of those tanks. This outdoor patio heater from Amazon is junk. Not to mention, Amazon won’t refund my money for this product. It gets better, while I was assembling the item outside on the patio during a beautiful, sunny morning, the paint on one of the panels began cracking and falling off while in the sunlight. I will attach a picture as evidence. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Also, I’m not understanding why Amazon will not return my money for a defective item I ordered using their website. I would even settle for someone from Amazon or the company (PAMAPIC) that made this to come and remove it from my home. Unfortunately, my garbage can isn’t big enough to fit it. Do not buy.

Got this for a Christmas present as I had it on my wish list. Love it it does what we need it to do I’m toasty warm with my fire pit table going and this going in about 40° weather. I would order it again simple to put togetn and emits the heat that I need

We bought the propane version and it came with natural gas line. Reached out to seller with no reply. Thankfully was able to find from hardware store for 20-30$. The wheels component don’t match the holes in the unit and thus won’t work. Looks like they filled the box with whatever parts were lying around. Quality is cheap, the customer service is terrible, I’m expecting now that the unit will stop working as well. I don’t recommend!!
