Most impressed!!!
First this chair arrived a week earlier than Amazon’s scheduled delivery and not knowing it was coming on that day it sat out in the rain last night. Boxes were soaked but inside of the boxes were bone dry. Manufacturer did a super job packing! All pieces foamed, bubbled, bagged, etc. Relatively easy to assemble. This chair is luxury, double padded foam and definitely fits me at 6’4″. Looks really classy in the off white color with mahogany colored wood base. Seat sits 21-22″ off the floor, seat back comes to the top of my head. I had trouble with my old swivel recliner with ottoman in that it was too low to the floor and was hard to get out of as I got older. If you are under 6′ I would think it would be too large for you. So if you are a big guy this is the chair for you.I am need of modifying my review on this chair. Still as comfortable as ever, but it squeaks and creaks like crazy. All customer service could do was send me another planogram and make sure the screws are tight. That they are, but every time you swivel at all, what an annoying squeak!The company has since replaced the lower section of the chair at no cost to me and now the chair is completely squeak and creak free. Very easy to deal with their customer service through Amazon. Highly recommend them.

Great quality
Great Quality chair and super comfortable. took about 20 minutes by myself to assemble. I did not use the allen wrench that came with it for most of the build. That would have been frustrating putting on the armrests with that. I had a electric driver and the same size bit as the wrench. It was super easy to hold the armrest with one hand and drive the bit with the other. Using the wrench you’re going to want help, but not necessary. A ratchet would be better.I only gave it a 4 because of the recliner. It needs to go back at least 10 more degrees. I get why, because then there would need to be some locking mechanism that works well. The locking mechanism that’s there isn’t really going to hold up, but most people like myself will never use it. It’s just a handle bolt that adds tension. It doesn’t really hold it well.

Not recommended
The chair did not go together. The shaft to connect the back of the chair to the seat was too large for the hole, 1/16 of an inch too big. Completely unavoidable if properly checked before shipment, looking back on reviews this is not the first time. Terrible customer service, and wanted us to pay to return to warehouse. I will not order from this company again, and I do not recommend them. The chair is not usable. Amazon on the other hand did make the situation right and I will continue to order from them just not with this company.

Nice Chair
The Recliner arrived very early sooner than expected. It was packaged so well.every item was wrapped guarded and in excellent shape. Assembly was easy. It is well built. And looks great. It could recline a little more. I really love this recliner. Seller is very fast. The only con I have is it does not have enough padding in the seat.For a long sit down. The bottom pad cover is attached with a zipper so I added padding in the seat. It is now perfect.

Very sturdy chair
This is a very sturdy chair. I’m about 220lb. And this chair does not wobble at all when I sit in it. I love the charcoal color, it’s alot nicer than the picture. The material is also nice, seems to be of good quality. I’m good at putting things together, but I can see how some people might have difficulty. The recliner works just fine. If it moves to easy just tighten the wheel a little bit at a time. If to stiff, you may need to loosen the bolts that attach the back and seat to the frame. The swivel is smooth and easy, works fine. Over all I think its a great recliner for the money. I hope this review HELPS people out.

Armrest Parts could use a re-design, otherwise good chair.
A good deal once I got it put together. The armrest parts are not well designed or just cheap. It took some w-d40 to get them to fit together and I had to turn the chair upside down.
