I need to preface by saying that I am a real person, I live in Georgia, and this is not a paid review. I ordered these chairs for the holiday season as I just moved into a new rental. The order was shipped into separate boxes, and one arrived and the other did not, I gave it a couple days and then reached out to the company. When I tell you that this company has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my purchasing history, I’m not kidding. They went above and beyond to make sure That I was in communication with what was going on on the back end, what was being communicated between the carrier, and just overall so kind, patient and understanding of the situation. So I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company. Moving on to the product itself, these are some of the easiest to assemble our chairs/ furniture/ anything that I have ever assembled. The color is phenomenal. I ordered the dark green. The size is perfect. It’s not. They’re not too big. Really fit into the space without taking up too much room. They’re comfortable. They have excellent back support and they look phenomenal. They are so elegant. The Velvet is plush and sitting in these. You can tell that they really are very sturdy. They’re fairly firm but still comfortable, which is nice in my opinion. May not be everyone’s preference, but I wasn’t looking for a large plush like reading chair. I wanted a nice accent chair and that’s exactly what these are. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. Very trustworthy and just overall have had an excellent experience.

Worth the purchase
If you’re hesitant on making the purchase, just do it. I bought the turquoise color and it’s the prettiest and most vibrant color. The material is extremely soft. Fast shipping. Boxes weren’t too heavy. Not sure on comfort- I haven’t assembled yet. This is my first initial review and I’m happy

Great looking, but not too comfy.
If you’re wanting a cute accent chair that looks great, this is the chair for you! However, it is a bit small, and not extremely comfortable…also, it’s very easy to assemble. I bought the teal color, and it’s very pretty!

These are beautiful and look expensive. Very happy with my purchase! They were not too difficult to put together, but are kind of heavy. I liked the higher backs and they are comfortable and sturdy. Very happy with my purchase! I put them together myself, but would be easier with two people.
