Great outdoor chairs
I’m really happy with these outdoor chairs! They shipped in 2 large boxes, which some people may need help moving. They were very easy to put together. They look really nice and modern on my balcony. The chair itself is a thick, plasticky wicker material. It feels like it will hold up to different elements and it feels strong enough to last years. The cushions are decent, but I can see replacing them a few years down the road for something with firmer support. Water beads on top of the cushions, which shows they’re water repellant. They also dry pretty fast in the sun after a rain. I had an issue with fedex damaging one of the boxes during shipping, which damaged one of the chairs and made it unusable. I contacted the seller and they immediately fixed the issue. Great customer service! Overall I would reccomend these chairs and this seller.

Good value, easy assembly
I usually wait a year or two to write a review to see how things weathered, etc, but there were so many reviews about difficulty with assembly, etc., I’m making an exception. Overall I’m impressed with these chairs and table. The assembly was easy, 8 hex head screws per item. I used a drill with a hex head and it was probably 30-45 minutes max. I am a 65 year old woman for reference. The instructions were clear, everything labeled. The finished product is sturdy and the chairs roomy enough for my plus size partner. The cushions are fine, and I appreciate that the covers are zippered for cleaning. Many reviewers complained about them. If you want a higher quality, spend more money. I find the cushions comfortable and attractive. I love the tie in back of the rear cushion, and velcro on the other two to hold things in place. This is the rare product that has met and even slightly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the workers who made this product.

Good quality, easy assembly
A good choice for a porch or sunroom. Easy assembly and cushions are ample in depth. I like that the footrest stores under the chair. I dropped a star as the footrest cushion has the back seam facing outwards so it is visible through the slot The cushion needs to be reversed. .The matching table is a nice accent to the set.

Chairs appear to be great quality, very sturdy and comfortable. They were very easy to assemble and I would definitely purchase again! The seller also provided excellent customer service when I had a minor delivery concern – resolved everything very quickly and with the customer in mind. Highly recommend.

I like the product for many reasons. Appearance, comfort, foot stool that puts away under chairs, table with glass; and it was package extremely well. I would like to offer a change: Assembly is intended to be made easy and instructions are quick and clear; BUT – using inverted hex head fasteners (Allen head style) caused the job completion to be frustrating and the time to assemble was made more than triple over that which it would have been if simple hex head fasteners were used. Including in the packaging the inverted hex tool is appreciated but is very difficult to use. A cheap hex head tool could be included for hex head fasteners- or; most people have wrenches. 6 millimeter fasteners with 10 millimeter hex head would work perfect. Using a ratcheting tool for the hex head, I’d have been done in minutes. Not possible to use a ratcheting tool for inverted hex. No room/clearance to use a ratcheting tool for inverted hex. Thank you.

No rain proof. Just fair, but cute.
I compare a lot before buying this, in stores and on line, quality, price, time. Do you want something for long term?, don’t get something that can be shipped and assembled by your self. I got this cause I’m renting, so is a quick fix, ok quality, good looking. Main trouble: it does get soaked even in light rain. Easy fix: Separate the covers, air dry the cushions, and put them in a garbage bag, remove the air, seal with tape, put the covers on, done, now it’s worth the price.
