High quality conversation set and Excellent customer service!
After buying a Purple Leaf hardtop gazebo last summer and bring extremely happy and satisfied with the assembly and quality I decided to purchase this conversation set. While a little difficult to put together, mainly due to the instructions, the final assembled pieces fit the gazebo perfectly and fill built to last. They look high QUALITY and the cushions are supportive and comfortable. Purple leaf customer service is also the best there is. They contacted me multiple times to see that everything arrived safely and any questions on assembly they were available. They also fix things immediately that arent right, cant say enough good things about their service. My only tip for those assembling this set, when it comes to the sofa assemble the two arms to the seat part first and then assemble that one big piece to the back part. That way all the holes line up much easier and you wont have to force parts together. The instructions say assemble one arm to the seat, then attach those to parts to the back part and lastly attach the 2nd arm….that’s a big mistake and will give you a headache trying to line up holes and force the parts together. Other than that minor complaint this is an excellent set and I’m a lifelong PURPLE leaf customer

Great looking, solidly built.
Really solid and beautiful outdoor furniture. Simple, straightforward assembly with provided tools. Cushions seem to be good quality, though pretty firm. Clean, classic styling. Very happy with this purchase so far. We are in Florida so we will see how they hold up under extreme weather. Most outdoor furniture here looks good for a max of 2 years, so we bought covers to protect the pieces when not in use. Hopefully, that will keep these looking good for longer! Wish there were more options to purchase pieces from this set, a la carte. Also wish the set came with custom-fitted furniture covers since the ones I bought do the job but aren’t perfectly fitted.

I have never had such prompt customer service as I have from this company. I had a zillion questions between ordering and receiving and each one was answered promptly with an appropriate response to my actual question or concern. Plus the install directions couldn’t have been more clear-every part is coded to the photo in the install manual so there is no way to make a mistake. The product is better quality than I would have expected. I am soooo pleased with the patio set and would easily recommend buying from this company.
