Stunning patio set
This patio set is absolutely stunning. The design is beautiful, made of high quality materials, very sturdy, no squeaky noises. It’s spacious and comfy. Assembly is easy. Cushion is nice and plush. We spend a lot of time on the sofa as a family and it makes hanging out in the backyard so much joy.

Came quickly, Very pretty, very comfortable
Be aware that the package will likely say “delivered” before all the different boxes get there lol I didn’t think about that and thought I had a ton of missing boxes. Still waiting on the ottomans to arrive but the couch and chairs are beautiful. No idea on the quality just yet, we will see how it holds up with Indiana weather but it’s very pretty and VERY comfortable.The only thing I’m a little irritated with was the chairs assembly; the back rest piece is bent at the bottom on each one and it seems purposeful but I’m not sure why. I had to use a mallet to get it to line up and man handle it to get the screws in.Other than that would definitely purchase again.

love it but very strong smell
I love the furniture. very sturdy. Cushions are very comfortable as well. Color is as shown and exactly what I was looking for. it did take me a whole day to build it but that’s not a problem. I only gave it 4 stars because it has a very strong smell to it. It’s been outside for 3 days so far and im hoping it will begin to fade away soon. Doesn’t smell very good

I’m giving this a 5-star rating because it’s a really beautiful set overall. The quality is on par with what you’d find at a big furniture store, but it’s more affordable. I’m really happy with it! The instructions are easy to follow. However, while putting it together, I noticed that most of the screws on the table were loose and I couldn’t tighten them anymore. I ended up having to glue some of them. Not a big deal. Also, the seat cushions on ottoman needs something to secure it so it doesn’t keep sliding around. Seller is also very responsive to my inquiry. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Quality could be better
I changed my mind about the item after few hours if ordering and requested to cancel the order but the item was shipped any ways. Upon reaching out the supplier requested to open the package and give it a try before returning. Hera team was very responsive on Amazon (though they dont have direct call line). Provided some discount. After opening and assembling larger sofa, I was not satisfied with the comfort of the piece. So wanted to return. Hera and Amazon worked with me to make it happen. Hera kept sweetening the deal with discounts but it wasnt what I wanted to they accepted the return and refunded right away. I did not like the colir of the cushions (duller then it looked in the pic) bright white may look better. One piece needed replacement if we had kept, the assembly wasnt easy but instructions were fairly clear. I did not like the comfort of the cushion either. The piece was wobbly after assembling, but that may be our lack of proper assembling. Overall, I would order stuff from this store but will look at the actual pic then the web description to get clear idea of the color. I hope they improve the quality of their back rest cushions. Seat cushions were fine. I would give 5 starts for their customer service though.
