    GREAT firepit
This is a high quality firepit at a great price. This came without the 4 screws do I called the customer service number on a card that came with the firepit. A wonderful woman answered right away – and once I have the model number said parts would be in the mail the next day. In 2 days I had the screws! What great customer service and I absolutely love this product. Great design just elevates this product. I highly recommend!!

    Best one for the money
This is a great unit! It is big and holds a lot of wood. The base is sturdy and it assembled in about 10 minutes. The top is sturdy and it has not turned colors after using it with a pretty big fire! I would recommend this unit. No, it does not have a hole in the bottom to drain any water, but you could easily drill one or just buy a cover. We opted for a cover.

Good, cheap fire pit. Poor shipping and handling
So the fire pit itself I think is pretty good for the money. Main issue was the shipping. Was delayed and showed up in a very battered box. Sure enough, one of the legs was bent and the shell was pretty dented and scratched up. It’s cheaply made (obviously for the price point) so the metal is thin. Silver lining here is that also means it was easy to bend back into shape and point out the dents. I was able to do this mostly by hand. Had some trouble aligning all the bolts when fitting together and ended up needing pliers to bend the last bracket into place but it all came together and the lid fits almost evenly. All this said it looks nice now. I haven’t actually burned any wood yet but it’s set up on our patio and ready to go- I guess I’ll follow up if the bottom falls out or anything but not expecting any further issue

I really like it! It is thin but I bought a cover to protect it. The diameter is bigger than I expected but that has worked out well. After reading other negative reviews of this, I can definitely understand where most folks are coming from with the thinness but for $69 bucks its a good deal. I would suggest for others considering this product, don’t have a high intensity fire for hours on end with this particular pit as it is not a thick cast iron and will corrode through. But it’s perfect patio fire pit to relax and have a glass of wine by with friends and family or to roast marshmallows with the kids.

For the price it hits all our positives, and doesn’t have many negatives if any at all.
I read a few of the negative reviews and I won’t deny some points made in them. The top is flimsy, I can see where rust is an issue, and while ours came without a dent or any issues the padding of the box could be easily comprimised. As such though we’ve had it for a little over a month now and have done about 6~7 burns in it and its still growing strong. For the price it’s very nice, and we’ve had several neighbors ask about it, and won’t be surprised when they get their own. Setup and assembly was super easy, and we were up and running in minutes. Our package had no missing parts by the way if that matters to anyone. Our experience with this product has been great, and at this point with the amount we’ve used it, even if there was an issue it’s already made it’s worth in price. I think the price on it is perfect, any more and we wouldn’t give it 4 or 5 stars.

Wrong Hardware, Scratched, and Dented Bowl
The entire bowl was scratched up, which I wasn’t going to throw a fit about because I’m going to use it for fires. One side of the lip of the bowl was dented out of shape. Both of these things would have been eyeroll worthy, but not deal breakers. The decorative nut-and-screw combo to secure the two leg arches is too short to fasten it together. The length of screw needed to clear the arch assembly is roughly 1/2″, meaning to screw into the nut, you’d need roughly 3/4″, and the screw measures just shy of 1/2″. I checked ten times to make sure I didn’t have the legs wrong, and even if there’s some permutation I missed, I absolutely have it how the book is telling me to arrange it, with the G-side pads on the ground and the divoted arch on the underside. I’m going to buy a longer 6mm screw and nut to make this product work, but it has been nothing but problems. There is no ‘function’ for me to fall back on and say it’s redeemed, because presentation and assembly is everything with a product like this.

    Great firepit!
We love this firepit! Since we got it , we have been enjoying numerous s’mores nights with our kids and their friends. Easy to setup and move around, and the best part about it is that the edges of the firepit do not get hot at all, avoiding any burns. To protect it from rain water accumulating, we got a fabric cover, which works great.

What did they paint it with? Paint smoking off.
Great looking. Easy to assemble. Really nice fires. But, the paint bakes off and smells like burning plastic. I would have assumed they would have painted it with a heat resistant paint. You can actually see the paint smoking off the bottom of it. Hoping it stops after this second fire. Don’t see anyone else mentioning this so perhaps they changed the paint recently. Considered sending it back but it took forever to get here.

Great value for what you’re spending. Nothing fancy but holds a fire. Doesn’t need to stay pretty at this price point as long as it holds my fire I’m happy and it does just that.

I thought this was suppose to be a terrace foyer, but sadly it is not. It even burn the grass which was under after one use. However it is pretty and works very well, easy to handle, I was able to lift it myself with my arthritis and all, and with the wood inside.

Only oops on my part was that I thought it was 30″ vs. 36″. It’s a nice size and looks great in the backyard!
