Beautiful modern patio heater
Bought the heater with led lighting. I was able to assemble it alone with some challenges but two people would be better. Beautiful patio heater and works well. When it arrived the box was damaged but all the parts were well protected. Very pleased.

Great Heater – Great Service
We got this heater to use for cool nights on our deck. We put it together on a Friday and used it for an extended period of perhaps 7-8 hours on Saturday afternoon/night when the temperature was in the 30s/40s. It did a great job of heating the space we needed – we even had to turn it down to low at one point because it was too warm. It was easy to assemble and seems to be sturdy. One small issue in assemble is that the instructions indicated there are two different style of screws needed for assembly and there was only one type of screw in the hardware. Also note that, when you put the side panels on in the last step, you do not need additional screws – simply remove the screws used on the lower supports, put the side panels in place and replace the same screws. I contacted Tech Ventures to le them know about the “issues” with the instructions (mostly just my own confusion) – they were very helpful, indicated that they had edited the instructions, and would review them again based on my input. Very nice folks!

Excellent Product and Customer Service
I bought two of these heaters in 2023. I LOVE THEM! Recently, the color-changing light pack stopped working, and the rear white panel cracked. I contacted the vendor and expected to purchase replacement parts. The vendor was beyond helpful and respectful and did not charge me to replace the items. This is what customer service should look like, and they killed it! I will repurchase when I want to add to my collection, and you should, too!

Decorative, not functional. Quality problems.
One of the four upper aluminum extrusions was missing a mounting slot (photo 2). As a result you can’t secure the safety cage. My box appeared to have been repacked and a mounting tab on the door was bent (photo 3)The biggest issue is this design does NOT radiate heat. Unless you hug it, you feel nothing. It’s decorative, not functional.

Poor pictorial instruction s
The instructions were fairly poor. Didn’t give enough information and had to disassemble some steps because pictorial directions weren’t totally classy. Also instructions didn’t say to remove some of the protective film only common sense ruled. The strap that keeps the propane tank in place was missing. Took almost 2 hours to assemble vs. the 1 hour that the instructions said was needed and I am very mechanically oriented.

If you love peeling off difficult to remove plastic coatings, this is the heater for you!
This is a pretty good heater for the price. I didn’t expect it to be commercial grade and it’s not. But it looks great and puts out nice heat. It came packed well and the fragile glass tube was intact upon arrival.I deduct 1 star for the insane amount of sticky plastic coating of all flat parts that come in the box. It is EXTREMELY tedious to remove. Why do these parts need to be coated in this difficult-to-remove plastic??????Other than that, assembly is pretty straightforward.

Warmth and lighting
I bought two and am very happy with my purchase. It took some time to put together but nothing was difficult and directions were easy to follow. Adjustable heat dial is nice and works well. We had a get together this past weekend and five of us were very comfortable on a chilly evening. I had one issue with the hardware. The factory sealed package on one or my heaters was missing the three bolts to attach the heat reflector on top. This was not anyone’s fault by any means. This was a machine failure during packaging. I contacted them and they quickly send the bolts I was missing. I would recommend this item to friends and I have.Update: I carelessly stored my heaters and one blew over during a very heavy storm. Customer service could not be more helpful. The way I was treated made me feel like a family member. I could actually hear their sadness for me during the call. Damaged items were shipped to me immediately. I will follow their recommendation of using a bungee cord to secure the heater to my garage wall.Seriously, these are fantastic heaters and you should go all in if you’re thinking about purchasing one.

The flame is beautiful! Works great but not a huge heat source.
Pay attention to orientation when assembling because the four posts have a front and a back for securing the door and the tank respectively. Tools to assemble are included, but recommend using a socket and ratchet versus the included wrench to speed up the building. LED system worked initially but soon the remote failed. I haven’t tried a new remote battery yet to see if battery went dead after first use. Manual LED switch worked but it’s stuck in flashing mode without remote control.
