Great quality
Get it!!! It’s a little on the firm side, but not uncomfortable. Like a firm mattress. I’m 5’2 and I can recline and my feet don’t dangle off. Set up was a bit tricky so make sure you have someone handy to help. It’s wonderful and doesn’t smell or look cheap. It looks like the real deal from Ashley. (In the picture I didn’t wait the full 72 hours for the pillows to fluff up but they did!!)

Love the chair!
The chair is soft and very comfortable. And seems very stable and I appreciate the firm foamy cushions I’m not having to climb out of. I have 2 Great Danes that expect to sit on/with me so it’s perfect. I bought the chair on a Black Friday deal so the value is higher in my view. The only complaints I have are the instructions and the holes for the fabric. Both made assembly 2 times longer than it had to be and incredibly frustrating to say the least.

Comfy but tough set up
The furniture is fantastic super comfy, it’s the perfect size for a one person or two person cozy for moving night. Great material.Major downside was putting it together. I hope the company reads this and the piece M is two types of pieces and they need to be distinguished. If I didn’t have my engineer partner I wouldn’t have been able to put it together took hours.

New relaxation zone
Comfy and beautiful. Only 2 things I’d like to see improved. Maybe and additional cross bar on bottom to make a bit sturdier. And higher back . Firm yet comfy. Ottoman is an absolute perfect piece. Holds several throws. Even a pillow or 2. Sturdy build. Love the firm yet comfy feel.

Cheap, not worth it
Do NOT buy this item. We thought it would be beautiful in our living room. It’s beautiful, but only if you like fluff going everywhere. It sheds terribly. AND, the back is supposed to attach to the back stabilizing bar with Velcro? It’s about 3 inches too short. No amount of tugging can get it to stretch where it attaches. We’ve initiated a return, but since it’s a 3rd party seller we aren’t holding our breath, especially since we’ve put it together (not shrink wrapped anymore, box in the dumpster).
