⭐️ She’s cute!
I purchased this fan for the bedroom of our shore house. We removed the old fan (with help from YouTube) & installed the new fan. Directions are a little confusing – just have some patience or hire a professional. *We have old wiring & high ceilings so we decided to ask a family friend who is an electrician to oversee the install.This fan is beautiful – great size for our room and very quiet! She arrived in perfect condition. The remote is great and was able to pair her with the app in 1-2 mins.The fan has (6) speeds, (3) dimmable light options, directional changes and so much more.11/10 Recommend!

The fan and the blades looks much better in person than the pictures – high quality materials, sleek design with matt finish. The instructions were very easy to understand and the installation took less than 30 minutes. Wifi-control/Alexa ready is an awesome feature that I no longer have to hunt for the remote or get up in the middle of the night to turn the fan on/off. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Excellent product and responsive support team. Bought three fans at very good price. Very quiet. Purchased for the varied light colors and brightness. It’s enough to light a 12×12 bedroom . Plastic dome is a downside, but this is typical for the price range. Lost one remote and contacted the company noted on the instructions book. Responded in less than 24 hrs and resolved my issue quickly. Awesome!

Crooked motor out of the box. Annoying clicking sound after 9 months.
Add all the reviews have mentioned, this fan came with a crooked motor out of the box which is probably what eventually caused the issue I’m experiencing now:About 8 months after installing it, the fan started making an annoying clicking sound while rotating. I mainly purchased it to use at night while sleeping it keeps me awake. Honestly very disappointed and will need to replace it.

Love The Fan & The Customer Service
This fan is a perfect addition to one of our guest bedrooms.I had a minor problem with the light cover and contacted the company’s customer service.They sent the replacement within a week and Zora, customer representative, followed up to make sure it arrived.

Easy to install and pairs to alexa easily
Colors are good, install is easy. A couple QC issues as you can see from the image with the motor being a little sideways but you don’t notice it from the ground. The wifi aspect pairs easily with alexa but you have to download the tuya app first. I don’t like how it beeps everytime you press a button or change the setting but it isn’t that bad since once it’s on, it’s on. I bought 2 and they are well balanced. Comes with wires nuts. There are 4 grounds on this thing with I though was a little excessive.
