There will be several blinds in my room. Will the blinds be controlled individually？
Yes, simply put each blind on different channel (there’re 2-channel remote, 6-channel remote and 20-channel ). If you want to control all blinds with one click, simply put all blinds on the same channel of the same remote.
Can I change the position of the motor for easier charging access?
Yes, the motor can be easily taken out from the blind tube and inserted into the other end.
How to clean?
• Easy to clean, simply wipe with a soft wet cloth to spot clean or vacuum with a wand to remove dust.
Why does my blind LED keep blinking?
This is an indication that the battery needs to be charged. Please charge it before the battery is totally gone. Pay attention to this specially in the case where there is a valance.

Measurements not accurate
This is the second time I placed an order with this company, the first one came in creased real bad. It happened in shipping I’m assuming. I ordered this one as you can see. My sizes are not lining up with what you receive. I’m not for sure how to accurately give them the size. We ordered inside to inside exact measurement, why is there so much space between each side? I guess it’s just really hard to order the stuff online. Overall, the quality and operates we are satisfied with. It’s the measurements that are concerning. We have seven more rooms to do, but I don’t feel comfortable ordering from them because I don’t want to gap in between each blind. Again overall the quality of the product is good. It’s just a size issue for measurements.

Worth every penny!
These blinds have been fantastic! They work great and were easy to install. They do an amazing job blocking out the light. The remote really works well. The included solar charger means I’ve never plugged them in. They also look great.

Easy to installing works great. Only downside is depending on installation and the tolerances of your windows the gap at the bottom may be different sizes. They also have great customer service I’ve ordered about 11 so far. 3 came damaged. 1 was beyond usable and they sent a replacement for that one. If you order alot at once it will most likely get damaged during shipping. Best bet is to piecemeal it and get 7% off each item.

OK product if you’re willing to deal with possible issues.
Received damaged shade. Was refunded 50% in exchange for keeping the damaged shade. Fine. Turns out remote was temperamental and glitchy (at times up was down, vice versa, etc.). Dealt with the remote for 2+ years until it gave out. Contacted seller to replace the remote and was told it was out of warranty and I had to purchase another for $50+. No thanks.

Does not connect directly to Alexa
First let me say that we love our shade. It’s a bit complicated to reset the up and down limits, but with patience you can do it.The statement that this product says “Bridge required to connect to Alexa” is true. But the bridge recommended does not connect either. I used the software app recommended by the bridge (Toya) and it would not connect. I also went through the Amazon help desk and all they did was send me another bridge that didn’t work. So don’t buy this bridge for these shades.

Excellent product and quality of service from the seller.
I do not often write reviews cause I’m quite busy and I’m not a good writer, however this one I would love to share my experience and I wish the quality of service would be a role model for all other sellers / reps.First, about the seller. I ordered these blinds to cover up my double windows in the family room, we decided to go with one 9′ long blind instead of 2 standard size. Shipment went excellent, the package was high quality, but when I opened it, the fabric for the blinds was black in colour. Somehow I did mistake when selecting a color, but everything else was ok.I contacted the seller and they swiftly responded with suggestion to solve my problem – they sent a link to select the colour I would prefer, and sent a free replacement in few days! They sent a link to the video how to replce a motor from old blinds to new one, and that was it! I was highly impressed and thanlful for such a quick resolution.The product. The blinds installation went without any problems, there were plenty of spare bolts / ancors, quite easy to setup / make it work. There was a little challange with the installation (you can see on picture/video – it’s quite high up in the ceiling), but we made it work. The blinds look great and work excellent very quite, though I haven’t figure out yet on how to hook up them with my Alexa.Overall I’m very pleased with my experience with this product and seller and would recommend them to everyone.

Requires IR / RF blaster to integrate with Alexa
To be 100% clear I discovered that these blinds do NOT directly connect to Alexa or Wi-Fi.For you to connect this to your smart home you will need to purchase a Broadcom IR/RF pro blaster. This was not clear to me when I purchased them and I was upset that they did not work directly with my smart home.On the other hand, they are very well built and very nice materials, easy to install and very happy with the overall product. Would be a perfect product if it worked directly with Wi-Fi instead of requiring additional equipment that is in small print and easy to miss.

VERY challenging to install and did not fit window completely even with exact measurements provided
I ordered this blackout smart blind for my bedroom after seeing it on Tik Tok. Installation was an absolute nightmare. It is definitely effective for blackout and is super easy to use with the remote. My biggest complaint is that I provided exact measurements and it still was not long enough to cover my window completely so when ordering definitely add a few inches to your measurements, mine is about 6-8 inches too short in length and about 2 inches too short in width from fully covering the window as it should. For the price, it should accurately fit my window I feel like..
