Good quality table
I really do like the look of this product and quality of this table. I will start with the negative; the instructions could be a little better as there are two sections thats a little confusing, and it ended up making me take half the table apart while I was on the last steps because I set up one of the sides incorrectly. 2nd; the barn door runners could be a bit sturdier, as-is, when my 4 year old open the doors, they sometimes fall off the runnerMoving on…. The top piece of the wood table is sturdy and does not feel too flimsy. The corners…. I’ve stubbed by toes a few times walking very close to the table, but that is not the fault of the table.Honestly, the table meets my expectations as far as quality and functionality goes, and for the price, I am satisfied. It looks great, functionality for the most part is great, and the price was fairly reasonable (less than $200).If you like the look of it, and are comfortable building the table yourself, or with some help, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Great engineering and styling, imperfect execution
I like this table very much. It is worth the money IF you are patient and good at assembly. This table looks good and the extendable table top is really great. Honestly it’s what I would have expected for the price.I’m taking away one star because the instructions could be better and the screws that attach the table top to the mechanism were an absolute pain to screw in. This part needs to be re-engineered to work with a snap on bracket. The area is too tight to use a drill screw driver and hand turning all those tiny screws in a tight area was not pleasant.My only other gripe is that the laminate could be better reinforced around the table top corners. I could see them getting peeled off over time and breaking. I bought some corner guards to protect them. I had to cut some to stop it from interfering with the table folding function however.

Bring Your Patience
It took about 12 hours to put together but the end results are fabulous! The instructions could have been a bit clearer which contributed to why it took so long to put it together. Bring your patience and end you will have a beautiful piece of furniture. The table is EXACTLY as pictured,lots of storage and it’s lovely!

Love This Coffee Table!
This coffee table is perfect for our living room! The color is true to the photo and it looks great. It’s quality material and the three different settings are extremely functional. We like to use the pull out table setting to eat on if we watch a show. It takes some time to assemble but works very well. We’ll see how easy it is to switch the settings over time but we love it!

NOT RECOMMEND: SO HARD TO INSTALL!!!!
Very difficult to install. Took me three hours to install and more than half of the holes are far from where they should be. Would not recommend unless you get someone to do the install part.

Good quality
The wood is of good quality and comes with a Made in Malaysia sticker. I received the table two days earlier than expected. I love the table overall.However, installation was a bit challenging. I recommend assembling the lift-top mechanism completely before attaching it to the table base. Otherwise, you’ll have to crawl underneath the table to fit the top part, and some of the small screw sections become nearly impossible to reach. A power driver doesn’t help much either due to the tight spaces. The instructions could have been much clearer, especially regarding the lift-top assembly sequence. It took me about six hours to put everything together.One more thing, when trying to close the lift-top, the entire table moves instead of just the top section. You have to hold the base firmly while closing/lifting.I recommend buying it, good quality wood and sturdy table.

HANDS DOWN DESERVES 6 STARS
While the product itself is exactly as described and i could go on and on about its positives something I will say to watch out for is the shipping. Because amazon doesnt allow you to select preference between UPS/fed Ex/USPS we had issues with the package not only being late but the box also arriving severely damaged. This damage extended into a small spot on the actual product but after it being lost in the mail once and already having to go thru a replacement it wasnt worth dealing with returning it and waiting now a 3rd time for our item. It is a SUPER heavy box and the instructions while super simple and detailed the sheer size and steps def. is easier with 2 people.The table itself however again is SUPER nice for its price and has held up wonderfully even with a crazy toddler. its super easy to wipe off when there is occasional spills ect. but do keep in mind as its covered particle board leaving anything wet on it for a while can cause the laminate to bubble. The reason i gave 5 stars was for the item itself. all the negatives was things outside the sellers control and more so on the issues with shipping.
