Great Product – Wonderful Seller
I read a lot of the reviews on Amazon about this product. Yes, it takes time to put together, but not as long as some say (an hour and a half max) – just follow the diagrams and the instructions are easy to follow. Yes, there are a lot pieces, but they fit together fine if you follow and line up the pieces as the instructions show. It’s a nice addition and warms the room wonderfully. One of the two boxes didn’t arrive/get delivered, but customer service from this seller was courteous, prompt, and took care of the issue. Don’t be scared to buy this product. I’d buy it from this seller again!

Have patience putting it together!
The assembly directions are poorly written. The pieces didn’t evenly match up but my boyfriend was able to piece it together. It’s beautiful and fully functional. Looks great in my space and with the mantle I previously had.

Endpieces did not seem cut correctly
I love the style of this TV stand with the fireplace comma however, when putting it together, the crisscross pieces of wood on each hand did not lineup correctly, and I had to send it back to the company.

Beautiful tv fireplace stand
It took me 2 days to put it together, instructions could be more clear and there are ALOT of pieces. It did turn out great. It is sturdy when all together. Heavy duty and strong. Just follow the instructions. Love the color. The heat it puts out in my livingroom is great.Love it!!!

This is a very nice item. It took about 90 minutes to put together (with one bolt not threading properly – but it wasn’t a support connection so it wasn’t a disappointment).It’s sturdy and the heater looks really nice. There are different color options for the “fire”. I’m happy with this purchase.Fits in well with my industrial look of my home.

Fireplace with flames and heats up the room. Looks so cozy
It’s beautiful and the instructions to put it together are clear and fairly easy to follow. When I’m done it will look just like the photo and the fireplace has the heater built in with flames and remote control

Better options elsewhere, product not pre-drilled correctly.
There are pieces that aren’t labeled. There are spots where the pre-drilled holes are too large for the size of screw they want you to use. I had to use a longer screw twice in order to advance to the next step during the building process. Now I have two seperate spots where the screw pokes out. I’m not too thrilled about that.I have a special needs child and a toddler in my house, so that’s sort of a big issue for me.The instructions are not clear. You have to flip back and forth between different pages/ steps to make sure you are aligning things correctly. I struggled to get them together, keep them together, and to keep my children away from them until about half way through. Thats when it sort of started to come together. To get more sturdy.Honestly, I wouldn’t buy this item again between the issues i had putting it together and the price I paid for it. I feel like $209 is a lot of money to pay for a product that you basically have to destroy to get it to go together correctly. I did take the time to read the reviews before I purchased it. I assumed that maybe they struggled for issues other than it just wasn’t made well. I hope that my experience will help others make a better choice than I did.
