Very pleased with this rug. The colors are vibrant. It’s not thick and will slide on floors easily, so if you a thick rug, this might not work. But quality and price is good. Very pleased

I have had this rug since February. I hesitated to order anything I had not seen in person, but I am extremely pleased with it! The colors and size ran true, the rug is bright without being overstated and it looks wonderful in my family room! The low price made me question the possible quality, but it is very well-made! I spilled something on it recently and I was prepared for the color to fade from the cleaning solution. Nope! Held fast! I would buy another one!

Won’t flatten out
Bought 4 of the Unique loom rugs. Two 3×5 and 2 8×11. The larger rugs especially 1 in particular just won’t straighten out. Contacted customer support which was counter productive. Did everything they recommended several times with no success. They advised me to go back to Amazon. Amazon basically gives you the option to return for credit or replacement. Would need to fold or roll rug and package the return. Sorry, but being a senior just the thought of moving furniture, packaging the rug was a non starter. They ship the rug folded so getting creases out is almost impossible. Won’t be buying any more Unique Loom rugs. Don’t waste your money!

I ordered 2 of the circular rugs. They are very nice and look lovely in my lounge. Only problem was that they were rolled very tightly and it took 2 weeks for the creases to come out. otherwise, pleased.

Only problem would be that it’s not exactly straight on the ends, but that could be just on mine. Still does what it’s supposed to – cover cold floors.
