Perfect
I’m sitting on this couch right now. It’s 1:23 and the thing was delivered at 12:23. My kids distracted me for a few random things but even with feral adhd, I got this put together with zero issues at all in under an hour. I used a screwdriver with the correct size Alan wrench thing which helped to get the legs on. The Velcro strip is at the front edge of the couch, and that’s literally the only thing I needed the instructions for.As far as comfort goes – we have a custom, hefty, “luxury” couch that cost 15x the price and I hate sitting on it. I blame our cats, they squish down the back cushions, and there’s just no helping it. I’m so sad but I’ve given up. So I wanted a loveseat to sit on for longer periods that won’t hurt my back. This is the perfect fit. I’m 125 5’6″, and never sit like a human (always have my legs up on the cushion in some fashion). The depth is perfect for me in either fashion. The cushion is *not* squishy, but feels sturdy. Jumping on it lightly, it doesn’t feel like it’ll crack under pressure but we will see what happens when my full size husband plops down ungracefully on it. Time will obviously tell if the seat will not deflate or breakdown, but it’s such a simple piece, I hope it turns out to work well. I’m thinking of getting 2.This would be fantastic for a teen game room, or in an office. It’s simple and sleek, without being obnoxiously modern. I do wish it was in velvety microfiber because the cats hate scratching that, but the material isn’t bad at all. Everything about it is just simple, understated, reasonable.

ANOTHER UPDATE***WHAT A NIGHTMARE! HORRIBLE SELLER! Seller changed their mind and offered me only $25 refund for a couch that is supposed to be brand new big the quality is like decades old couch. At first I was told by Amazon customer Service I would get the full refund. Now, this morning I called Amazon again about my refund and they have to contact the seller again. This circle around and round fizzing process is horrible! The couch is making loud noises like it’s 20 year old couch’s just a day after receiving. And yet the seller only offered $25? What the heck!! If the seller’s not going to give me full refund, I’ll file a dispute with my bank. Don’t buy HORRIBLE COUCH unless you just want it for decoration!!UPDATE*** I called Amazon Customer Service and requested a refund for this horrible loveseat. It’s brand new loveseat but it makes loud noise as if this was 15 years old sofa. Amazon agreed to give me a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend this product or seller. Avoid at all cost.Previous review:I got rid of my almost 10yo leather loveseat and decided to get this one after a long full thought and read most of the reviews, and I just went for it. I don’t expect too much for a couch at this price point though. And first of all, I was expecting the product to be delivered together but instead, I got the first box which contains the back and the base of the loveseat on Tuesday, then I received the “second” box yesterday (Wednesday) that contains the legs etc. I was totally put off with how they shipped it separately. Anyhow, I got it setup as soon as the second box received. It was super easy to install and was very happy with it, at first. It looks great and comfy to sit and lay on. That’s the same day after installing. HOWEVER…..the next morning (that’s Thursday), I sat on it as I want to enjoy my morning matcha latte, I’m shocked at how much noises the base of the couch make. Whoa! It’s only a second day and each time I sit on it; it makes a lot of noises. I checked on the base and it looks like it’s made of metal spring as a support. I took off the padded seat and sat on it without it, and there you go, it’s the box spring that makes a lot of noises. I would think the base is made out of wood, but it’s only wire spring underneath. Uff….its beautiful sofa to look at, but for everyday use, better look elsewhere. I don’t think I can stand the noise each time I sit on it or getting up. Hence 3 stars. I would give it 5 stars if it doesn’t make noises. Sadly, I’ll continue to look for better quality sofa. Disappointed!!
