bright, long-lasting, durable, cute
set these up two days ago and I love them! I’ve bought other solar-powered lights in the past and these feel way more durable and high-quality, and are much brighter. the solar panel is much bigger than I expected but I can see why—it definitely does the job!DAY 1: I set them up around 4pm, on a bright sunny day. lights turned on at 8 (late dusk, so that gives you a sense also of how long they got to charge for), and stayed on until 3am (at the lower brightness setting). the first picture in my review shows the brighter setting, the 2nd picture shows the dimmer setting.DAY 2: overcast almost all day. lights once again came on at 8pm, stayed on until 3am.I thought 3″ apart (I got the 48″ long strand) would look more sparse, but it’s actually quite nice.PROS:- durable- bright- long-lasting- cute, both when they’re on and just in daylightCONS:- the button to control the light setting is located on the underside of the solar panel, which is not very convenient. but I think I’ll just keep them on the same setting all the time anyway, so it won’t matter much.- not much lead wire between the solar panel and where the lights begin, so you have to set up the panel quite close to where you want the light. could be a problem if it’s in a very shaded area, for example.

Longevity is impressive
Purchased 4 years and 9 months ago. Worked consistently the whole time…never missed a day. I’m so impressed. Just stopped working so I will be replacing them with the same string.

Long Over Due Review
Big fan of the lights have them all around campus😍 These lights are amazing! I ordered a couple different solar lights before ultimately going with these. **Couple reasons I went with these lights** is because of the **low maintenance, and battery output.** They go on automatically when the sun goes down with the sensor that’s built in. Well thought out product. Have had them for about a year now.☀️ **The automatic sensor** has been crucial because we have our lights hanging in a place where it’s not really possible to reach without a scissor lift or tall ladder. And I didn’t want to have to remember to turn the lights on with a remote, cause I know #1 I’m going to eventually lose the remote and #2 someone would forget to turn them on even if we didn’t lose the remote.🔋 Also the **battery last a long time,** it’s really sunny here in Whittier, California. Only a handful of days where the lights haven’t turned on during the 2 weeks of rain we get here 😂. but the next week they all turned on again when the sun came out again. But even on cloudy days they still charge. **If it gets 5hrs of good sun it’ll be good for at least 2 nights worth of light output.**💡 They aren’t super bright and the color is different than regular string lights that you typically plug in, but they add a definite **noticeable atmospheric difference,** **people have commented and said “hey really like the lights you guys put up”** ; not bad for a one time payment that adds a really nice friendly touch.⚙️ Also I don’t have to worry about them anymore after they are up properly, my fav kind of eco friendly device the one that I don’t have to worry about after putting them up. **They just work!**🧠 Pro tip: ***make sure you test and charge the lights while you’re on the ground 2 days before you hang them up*** and that they turn on properly otherwise you’ll have to get back on the ladder and press the power button to activate them.

nearly Easy Install..great lighting
..bought Again~ i use them for my Horse Stable, inside and out. i liked the first Set so much, i added a second one inside. ..then decided to light the exterior, too~ ..just be Careful, when unscrewing the Bolt to install the base.. there is a tiny Nut sitting flush on the end, and if U drop it, U might not find it –! (..speaking from experience, the first-time..but i Did finally spot it!) ..AND, i decided to use different screws, as the ones included are so soft, that my cordless bits stripped them.. -other than that, these are awesome!

Great Quality But a few things to note.
I chose this one against others as to it’s size of solar panel and larger internal battery. Here’s what to note.On a bright sunny day, I get about 6 ish hours of light from this set. Now things to note, my panel doesn’t get constant direct sunlight. So maybe just maybe I’m not fully charging the battery. So at about 6pm, my lights come on, at about 1 am they go out. So there’s no charging jack, which bites. I didn’t think I’d need it as it has a larger internal battery. So IF my battery isn’t fully charging and IF I wanted more light as for late night party, I have limited options.I could switch it off a few days before the party to get it fully charged IF the reason is that it’s not fully charging due to not getting direct sunlight. Turn it on after it gets dark and the party starts.Being in aviation maintenance, I could add a charging jack, but not everyone has my ability to do so.So the panel is large, the light bulbs are super quality, non deformed. The wiring very good quality, the amount of light output is adjustable and very impressive. The amount of light given per charge is a question.I plan to remove the panel one day, and place it in direct sunlight all day. Then plug it in at night to see how much Light time I get and see if that’s the issue. If it is I may try to relocate it or add a charging jack.I’ll update my findings once I do. It’s still a very great quality set. It you are placing it in direct sunlight, you should get more than 6ish hours a day. Note mine stays in all the time, so it’s off during the day charging in limited direct sunlight and on all night till it’s dead.
