No product support that I can find.
The unit originally paired with my phone but then after I physically installed it the pairing was lost and I tried for 2 days to re-establish the pairing both by blue tooth and manually. I ordered a competitive product for a little more money and it paired and installed just like the instructions said. I couldn’t find any support for this product. I think maybe a factory reset might have enabled me to use it but I couldn’t find any way to do a factory reset. Plan to send it back.

Works well with no issues. In order to minimize the number of phone apps, it would be a bonus if the item were compatible with Kasa or Tuya app.
