Very high quality chairs and instructions are excellent too
These chairs are super well made. They look beautiful on my deck. I had trouble putting together the first one, but it was entirely my fault, and the sellers went out of their way to help me through it. The second chair (now that I realized my mistake with the first) went together quickly. It helps towards the end if you have another person at hand, but it’s not necessary—I didn’t. It also helps if you have a small socket wrench set because the provided wrench is not exactly stellar. But the rest of the hardware is very high quality, and the chairs are super comfortable. They look like they’ll last a lifetime. The colors are excellent, too. I highly recommend both the chairs and the sellers.

Great quality, assembled perfectly!
I love these chairs! Very comfortable and sturdy. Assembly instructions were easy to understand and all parts were perfectly aligned. I was able to assemble them by myself, using pillows to prop some parts up at times. It takes about 10 or 15 minutes to unwrap and organize the parts. First chair took me about an hour after unwrapping and paying careful attention to the instructions. After that it took me about 40 minutes for the remaining 3 chairs I bought. They were packaged extremely well with no defects. Highly recommend!

Great chair. One week point.
It was great while it lasted. I have 2 of these chairs purchased in March 2023. Here it is November 2025 and one has broken. The point where the arms swivel on the front legs to fold is a serious weak point. Both sides broke, roughly 2 months apart. The second one broke today. I screwed them back together with drywall screws and the chairs still work as chairs just fine. And after 2 years on a SE facing deck 365 days per year in Maryland (which sees all 4 seasons) the fading has been unnoticeable. So, great chairs until they break. Four stars for the no fading, comfort, and relative durability for the first couple years of daily use. I’ll likely replace this chair with the non-folding model since I never move them off the deck. My guess is that weak point on the folding model isn’t as much of a weak point on the non-folding model.

Comfortable, solid, like the color (blue)
Very comfortable, not too difficult to put together (easier with two people). Have not had for very long so can’t speak to the durability yet but material seems decent. Nice and heavy like real wood would be. Great look for out backyard firepit and patio.

Clear Instructions; Easy Assembly
These chairs need to be assembled, and I was a little concerned because I read a review that assembly took a long time and holes didn’t line up properly. It took me 30 minutes to assemble the first chair, mostly because I didn’t want to assemble any pieces backwards. The other chairs will be faster to assemble. The material seems the chairs should withstand the weather and sunshine. A good value.

I am writing an update of my recent customer service experience. The chairs were great all summer, but when we were folding the chairs to put them away for winter storage we had 2 small pieces that broke. I messaged customer service. Once again Lily responded, apologized for any inconvenience and arranged for replacement parts to be sent to our home. A few days later I received an email with the tracking information. In a couple of days we will have the new parts. That is great customer service!! We are planning to order more from them next spring!!!!I did a lot of research before purchasing these chairs. We wanted a chair that could fold for storage in the winter. I didn’t think we would find a chair that would meet my expectations and also fold. We looked at a lot of chairs. I wanted a poly lumber that had a woodgrain and looked like wood.We are very happy with the chairs. We purchased 4 total. They are sturdy, heavy chairs that are good quality. I like the Serwall tag on the front. It is a nice touch.They were easy for my husband and myself to put together. 2 people working together make it easier to assemble. We took turns holding the parts and passing the tools side to side for faster assembly. I will confirm that there are pieces that are not predrilled as indicated in the instructions. We are not builders. We found it easy to mark and drill those holes. I am so happy with the chairs it wasn’t an issue to do the extra steps. Those pieces that were predrilled were nicely drilled and made completing the assembly easy.We had an arm on one of the four chairs that was broken. We needed to use the chairs for a party so we went ahead and assembled the chair. After, I contacted customer service. Lily, the representative, was quick to respond, friendly and professional. They glady offered to replace the damaged part, no questions! I will receive the part soon. I have already received the tracking information.The blue chairs look beautiful in our yard along the lake shore! We have received many compliments!! I would definitely purchase another product from the Serwall Store. I am already looking at the matching folding table!!!

These maybe a little more expensive but easier to put together than others, very very comfortable (compared to Costco ones) and great colour unavailable any where else!!!Fold very nicely, almost flat and very easy to do so!Love these chairs!

While these chairs are very attractive and very comfortable, they were not so easy to assemble. The diagram showed holes that weren’t there, so you are definitely required to to drill your own holes in at least 4 spots. Both chairs were missing the same holes, so it wasn’t just one odd occurrence.
