Really nice set you can choose colors for semi custom decor! Worth the money.
Highly recommend. The furniture is good quality, looks nice and is very comfortable. We bought it for our covered deck and wanted something that looked upscale vs aluminum or plastic outdoor furniture. The seat cushions are a good level of firmness. Being able to choose the color of the wicker and the cushions was big plus for us; the fabric has a great feel. The synthetic wicker weave is snug and lay nicely throughout. The swivel glider chairs are smooth and relaxing. We bought the 6piece set. It arrived in multiple shipments, which Belord mentioned. The coffee table was broken during transit by FedEx, all FedEx said was there was a “delay” When I reached out via Amazon, Belord was already on it. Immediately shipping a replacement. Exactly the kind of response you want when there is an issue. The replacement coffee table arrived a couple days later in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward. Be sure you leave the screws loose until the piece is assembled, then you can complete final tightening. Each box has tools needed for assembly, but I used a an adjustable torque drill which made final tightening quick work. It uses a 4mm Allen tool and the coffee table came with a little open end wrench, too. The frame welds are nice and smooth. The metal is powder coated and seems like it will stay nice for years. We really enjoy the set. All we need now is for the weather to warm up a bit more so we can enjoy it even more.

Looks great and very comfortable
We just finished putting it all together. A few mishaps in initial assembly of 1st chair. They’re the hardest piece to assemble. It is easier to assemble with 2 people and an electric screw driver that you can fit the Allen bit provided by them into it. The one that come with the furniture is decent but it’s faster to use your own screwdriver. Love the set and it is comfortable to sit in, or slouch as my husband likes to do. LOL Seat is firm and back pillow is soft. Our handicapped neighbor was leery of sitting on the Sofa but found it relatively easy to get in and out of it. Very sturdy. All pieces/parts arrived in good condition in 2 separate deliveries. The only piece missing was a cap for the end of one of the legs on the sofa. This piece is actually not part of the assembly process. So it had to have been missed at the factory. I have sent a message to the company to see if they can send me one. Would not stop me from ordering this set.Update: they sent me the part needed. Great customer service.

Really nice set; Highly recommend; Sturdy and Good Looking
This is a beautiful, substantial set. The swivel rockers are top notch. It took me 2-1/2 hours to put the first chair together as the written instructions and the video weren’t the best. The second chair took about 1-1/2 hours as one of the screws just wouldn’t go in straight (finally did) but I knew what I was doing the second time around. It was worth the effort as the set looks great! I think it’s very high quality for the price. Can’t wait to put these on my new covered front porch when it’s finished. They are also very comfortable. I would recommend this set without hesitation. Using a power hand tool to tighten the screws was helpful. Also make sure you use the gold tool that comes with the set to tighten the bolts. At first I didn’t know what it was!

I love the swivel chairs and the comfortable couch.
I researched patio sets for a long time, and this one has all the features I was looking for! The swivel chairs, that also gently glide, are the best part of the set, according to me, my family, and guests! In fact, I went to visit a friend last night, and sat on her porch with its pretty rattan chairs. But her chairs do not swivel or glide, and I kept thinking how glad I was to have my swivel glider chairs! I love to sit in one of these chairs with my coffee to have my quiet time every morning. I can also put a cushion against one of the arms of the couch and stretch out while I read. It’s wonderful to start my day in such lovely surroundings, settling a calm and positive outlook for the entire day. The light gray rattan is very pretty and much more comfortable on my arms than actual wooden rattan would be. I love the light blue cushions. The actual color is not as bright as they appear in the pictures, but I was happy about that. They are bright enough to be cheerful, but not glaringly bright. The set was not as easy to put together as I had hoped. I had to call on the reinforcement of my adult son to help me muscle some of the pieces together. But in the end, everything fit together, and none of the screws stripped out because they give you all the tools you need to put it together correctly. We all agree, it was definitely well worth the effort!

Great Belord 5 Piece Furniture Set with Exceptional Customer Support.
I purchased this Belord 5 Piece Furniture Set and could not be happier. The furniture is beautiful and well built. Cushions are soft and thick. I love the ability to swivel and the glide option is very stress relieving. However best of all I really appreciated the Customer Support. I had no trouble putting the furniture together as instructions were very good. However I was missing 3 washers , probably due to my misplacing them , to complete the last step of second chair. I contacted Customer Support and spoke to Cynthia who was so nice and responsive letting me know that Customer Support would send the hardware in 3 to 7 days at no charge. The hardware washers arrived exactly when Cynthia told me. I cannot thank her enough for keeping me informed and being a pleasure to speak with. If you want an exceptional product with Customer Support to match , do not hesitate to purchase the Belord product as you will not be disappointed. .
