This is the most, beautiful electric fireplace I’ve seen. Was a little challenging to put together by myself, but the instructions were very clear. I LOVE! LOVE, LOVE this fireplace, was one of the best purchases I’ve made all year! Also heats the living room nicely, I use it everyday without heat, because we live in Texas and do not need so much, but I love the fire light.

I LOVE this fireplace!!! Puts out alot of heat and warms the room quick. I love the cozy ambiance of the realistic looking fire. The glass heater is 3 ft wide & is 3 sided which makes a beautiful look!!! You can adjust color, brightness, temperature & flames. Remote control is easy to understand functions. Perfect for my family room. I am so happy with this purchase!!! If you follow each step in order, it’s easy to put together. Any issues and the company responds within a day or two and will resolve it. Only thing I would change is instead of the fake stone picture I would prefer it to look like the rest of the panels, wood look. I chose the Reclaimed wood.

4 months of owning this.Setup was done in just a few hours. I had extra wood glue on hand to ensure main piece were extra adhered if I needed to move it I wouldn’t worry about stripping any pieces about. It is very sturdy and stylish!We have a 10×10 sitting room that this heats up very well. We use the heater almost every day since we owned it. As much as I thought I’d want to hear sounds coming from it I happy it’s silent as we have a 50” tv above it and we don’t have to worry about crackling noise over s tv show.The fire place insert. I plugged it in first to see if there were any defects and to burn off the new smell of the heater. Very surprisingly enough there was no odor to contend with. I was very happy about that as well the over all quality of the insert made me even more motivated to build the frame.The instructions were as easy enough. Just had to lay out the pieces accordingly, unboxing and organizing is half the job. I’d say 4.5hrs total for me to unbox and put the trash away organized then build. I spent about 30 minutes playing with the fireplace for quality control. Again, no issues found.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again. We really do enjoy having it in our sitting room. I wish our gas fireplace was as efficient with the heat output vs this electric heater. This really does take all the chill we always have in the front of the house.

Excellent!
After a lot of looking, I found this to be the perfect fireplace TV stand. It is the perfect size for my living room and my 55” inch TV with plenty of extra room on top for cable box and more. It is very sturdy and solid. The assembly directions were very easy to follow. The heat works well and the fan is quiet. We love how it looks. The fire looks big like we wanted and the three-sided glass adds to the cool look. We were looking for a fireplace with multiple color flames and were lucky to find one that is also excellent in all the other ways as well.

Wonderful charm
After years of having an unused dining room I decided to turn it into a cozy sitting space. This electric fireplace was the centerpiece I needed to create the perfect atmosphere. I went with the 3 sided glass to make accessible to all the seating- the details, molding, hardware and faux stone make it visually appealing. The flame has various settings, colors as well as a built in heater.All in all, this is great asset to our living area- highly recommend!

Beautiful, elegant and heats!
Well, I am happy with the end result. Building it was a slight challenge as a board was bowed causing a screw hole to be partially covered. The side faux brick paneling is a little cheesy but the end product is beautiful. Heats great and is incredibly quiet. I would buy again! *Antique White

Wonderful product and we are completely ready for Christmas
update: i have changed my review to 5 stars!the manufacture contacted me within 24 hors of submitting my complaint and sent me a new one.I loved this product it looked amazing. Wasn’t too hard to put together not too tedious maybe about 4 1/2 hours worth of work however there is no written instruction only illustration be warned. it’s pretty color by numbers type of thing. I would’ve given a five stars however after spending 4 1/2 hours putting the mantle together, which by the way, I absolutely love, I unpackaged my fireplace itself, and the logs are broken. Waiting to see what the manufacturer says about the warranty when FedEx delivered it the bottom seal was open, and I could tell the boxes was a little banged up, but I just wanted it exchanged before Christmas.
