Arrived in excellent condition. My husband put this together without difficulty. We both really like the electric fireplace and we have decorated it for Christmas. It has a wonderful flame and wonderful heater. Very wonderful.

Have patience when putting your fireplace together!!!
It’s gorgeous I love it! The size is a great size very sturdy! The heat quality is nice it’ll get you warm, the assemble was the worse part and my husband and I did it together! It took about 5hrs and it was so many pieces, but the outcome was worth it!!!!!

Just the delivery was not accurate
The product was excellent it would have been 5stars! The only issue I had, the package tracking was not accurate not up to date by day by day info. it does explain that it comes in two separate deliveries..but the product by far was excellent!
