Great warmers, but they have black cords, not white as shown in every single picture.
I gave this product 3 stars only because I’m torn. The actual item deserves 5 stars but the misleading pictures with the item caused it to lose stars. I bought 2 of these from Costco online, but they arrived with black power cords and I was extremely disappointed. I know it sounds petty, but I don’t want a long black cord on my white bathroom countertop, it just looks out of place. I even contacted Mikasa and they wrote back that they’d get in touch with Costco to not use the pictures with white cords. I bought these here on Amazon as replacements because of the white cord in EVERY single picture. I thought surely they wouldn’t put that many pictures all showing a white cord only to show up at my house with black cords. Sure enough, black cords and a dimmer switch that doesn’t look anything like the ones in the pictures. Mikasa, I expected better from you.
