Surprisingly good for the price
PROS:* overall build and materials quality higher than expected — finished unit feels solid and durable.* attractive design and simple, straightforward assembly.* twin shelf + trellis combo = loads of utility that most other planters can’t match.CONS:* black finish, while classy, shows every speck of dirt.* bed drainage not the best, empties onto upper shelf.This ended up being perfect for my tiny backyard slab, and much better quality than I expected. The bed and shelves are made of pretty thick steel, and the finish looks baked-on and tough. The finished piece is solid and fairly heavy even when empty. More cheap furniture should be this robust.Assembly was fairly typical for this sort of thing, though I strongly recommend a power or ratchet driver to speed it along. The small hardware bag includes some spares, which is nice when you’re as good at dropping things as I am.I love having storage options, so the twin-shelf layout is a huge plus. Not a feature you’ll often find in any price range, so having it in something this affordable is worth a star all by itself. The trellis and its hanging pots are nice to have as well, and add a stylish note to an otherwise basic design.My only real complaint is that keeping this thing clean is going to be a headache: that nice black finish gets spotted up pretty quickly, and it remains to be seen how well it weathers the elements over time. I’ll also note that the empty unit is not immune to high winds, but hopefully 30 pounds of soil and flowerpots will solve that issue.In all, though, quite satisfied with this purchase. It exceeded my expectations, and that’s rare enough these days.

Well Built – easy Assembly – Looks Nice
This was a great sized little planter the little hanging buckets are a great aesthetic touch. It doesn’t seem to be flimsy at all, but the parts when not put together definitely are thin. It works exactly how you’d imagine a planter box would, the only downside is if you have any sort of hard water with it being black, it shows EVERYTHING. That is the benefit of a wood box in my opinion.

Strong and nice looking.
This was a mother’s day gift for my mom who was thrilled with it. I put it together which wasn’t too difficult and gave it to her assembled. It is very sturdy and has a nice look and size to it. She has it outside on her deck and being that it is all metal , it should last forever. If you’re looking for something like this I do recommend this one.

Adorable and back-saving
We love this cute planter box and trellis! Easy to assemble and fits well in a small indoor patio. Great for clamping grow lights and storing small gardening items. Right now we’re using it for baby carnivorous plants, but we will eventually transfer our indoor vining plants to the box. Most importantly, it saves our backs by elevating the plants. Would love to get another in white or fun colors, but otherwise it’s perfect for us!

Don’t bother.
Received damaged but I thought u could make it work. Do not waste your money. I didn’t do my research, the “bed” isn’t deep enough for most plants, even herbs require about 10”-12” soil depth. There’s also no drainage holes which is bad for a raised garden bed. I had it on my patio, that is covered from most elements and it already started to rust, only had it out there for a month. Threw it out yesterday, not even worth keeping.

My husband drilled some holes in this for me so I could plant in the upper portion. I did have some trouble finding small enough plants to fit on the shelves, so next year I think I’ll do herbs in the top and find another use for the shelves. The pots don’t hang “flat” so I had to hold them Everytime I watered or the water would just spill right out the front. Otherwise was a good deal for the price I got it at!
