How to connect with Tuya or smart life App?
1, Download the Tuya or Smart Life app, register an account and login
2,Click “+” in the upper right corner – All devices – Lighting Devices
3, turn on the switch 3 times: on-off-on-off-on until it’s flashed quickly
4, Click “confirm light blinks rapidly” and then input the correct WiFi password (2.4Ghz WiFi)
5, Within 30 second, it will be connected
Work with 5G WiFi ?
Remembering all routers today work in mixed band there you have to disable the 5ghz band and configure only with the 2.4ghz enabled after everything is working, after setup you can active 5ghz again
How to connect with Alexa Echo?
Step A: Tap “Skills&Games” in the hamburger menu, then search “Smart Life”. Select “Smart Life” and tap “ENABLE” to enable the Skill.
Step B: Type in your Smart Life account and password, don’t forget to select the country/region where your account belongs to. Then tap “Link Now”
Step C: After the skill binding is successful, Click “DISCOVER DEVICES” then Discovered devices will be shown in the list.
Note: every time you change the device’s name on Smart Life app, Echo must re-discover before you control them
How to connect with Google Home?
Step A: On the homepage of Google Home app, click the button in the lower right corner, select “MORE SETTING”, select “Home CONTROL” under the list of “ASSISTANT”, and then click the plus sign in the lower right corner
Step B: Find “Smart Life ” in the list. In the new window, select your Smart Life account’s region, type your Smart Life account and password, then tap “Link Now”
Note: pls use one Google account to control “Home Control Action”. If you sign in Google Home app with several Google accounts, only the first Google account you signed in can be used for “Home Control”.

A nice looking smart edison bulb
I bought these to replace some Feit Electric edison bulbs I had on my front porch and driveway. I wanted something that was compatible with Home Assistant and the Feit are not easily used in HA. These work with the Tuya integration in HA. I think these are brighter and work better than the ones I replaced them with. They connected right in and worked easily. They also do great a low brightness as well. I added them to the Smart Life app as well for configuration. They show up and work great there also. If I need more smart Edison bulbs I will add more of these. They look great at 6500k and I like the brightness and dimming capabilities. For the price, they are worth it.

So far I am very happy with these smart bulb! I bought one pack of 2, to test, then another 4 packs – so I’m operating 10 of these in 4 sconce fixtures.I’ve tried a number of brands now, and this one works wonderfully. Easy to install. Nice colour tuning. And … if you are grouping bulbs (as I do in 3x bulb sconces) they all go on and off together!Also — these “Edison” bulbs have the “filament” located higher from the socket — if you have deep shades like I do, this feature gives better illumination. They’ve only been installed less than 2 weeks. But note the 3-year warranty. I’ve not tested their customer service on this, but if one ever fails, I’ll update this review.My comparisons:- Wiz Smart bulbs (no other branding – just “Wiz”) — found could not connect to my network. Returned.- Noma Smart bulbs (Canadian Tire): These are NOT ready for prime time: Not hard to configure, but the Noma App. sees each bulb turning off or on, one at a time. Strange, and disconcerting. Also, often one bulb wouldn’t be on the network, and would fail a command.- Philips Wiz branded smart bulbs are a No. 2. They are easily to install, and work almost as reliably as these bulbs Occasionally they are not connected to my network, but not often. (Do not confuse these with Philips HUE, which I’ve not tried and don’t want to, for they require a separate gateway to your network, and are a lot more expensive. I see this Hue line being retired at some point.)So far so good! These are a good product. Delivered quickly in secure packaging, these lights paired flawlessly with my home wifi. These bulbs dim beautifully and can obtain a nice soft white without being yellow. I put them in my modern farmhouse dining room light and they really bring the wow factor! I loved them so much and was so impressed by their performance that I immediately replaced the lights in the kitchen with these too! I have to add, I received a great email from the LVWIT, thanking me for my purchase and reminding me that these fantastic edison style bulbs also come with a 3 year warranty. It’s so refreshing when a company offers exceptional service and a quality product. 10 Stars!

These bulbs are quite nice easy to set up easy to control with the smartlife app. My only disappointment is that you can’t schedule changes in color or brightness – only on and off.I also wish could do sunrise. Sunset.

The instructions for this product were a bit sketchy. There is a printed piece of paper inside saying that to pair the bulb, you need to switch the light on off on off on off. No matter how many times I followed the directions, I could not install the lights to the app. My entire home is a smart home and I have never had any issues with smart home setups until purchasing this product. I almost feel like I was sold regular light bulbs, being passed off as smart bulbs. The setup is unnecessarily difficult for 2024. I will be returning this product as I am very disappointed with the items received. They do not work as advertised.

First, the packaging where the bulbs were was not really safe. Only wrapped in plastic in the box. If the box had been bent the bulb would have broken.Second, my first smart bulb was EvoLux (received at a low price with the purchase of an echo dot). And the installation was too easy, I just put the bulb on the lamp and turned on the light and alexa detected it and connected it. If the price of a single bulb was not 18$cad, I would have only bought this brand without hesitation.Third, the installation of LVWIT Bulb is unnecessarily complicated and the instruction manual is not very clear.In the photo, there are the 9 installation steps, (and yes 9 steps). I am a young woman studying Computer Information Technology and I grew up with computers and it still took me 15-20 minutes to install. First of all, there there were 2 app choices depending on the macOs and Android version. Then the manual was talking about the network speed of 2.4Ghz which was completely useless as information and confused me.Plus to do the pairing mode, it was necessary to turn on the light 3 times in intervals of 1-2 seconds.Tip for installation, if you have an iphone 14 with iOS version 16.1.2, take the tuya smart application, add a new device and select a bulb and do the pairing mode. Once the light is operational by the app, go to the Alexa app and add a new device. Select bulb, and select the LVWIT brand from the choices. Follow the instructions.Finally, other brands of bulbs very often have another complementary intermediate application to be used with Alexa. The problem with this brand was: the too long and complicated instruction manual and the manual pairing mode which was tiring. (open-close-open-close light…)If you’re comfortable trying or playing around with apps, the bulb is for you. The light is very good, and the bulb is aesthetically very pretty. You can control the level of brightness (only by the Tuya Smart application and not by Alexa) and the cold colour/warm of the light (controllable by Alexa, but a greater choice of variation by the Tuya Smart application). The photos of the light controls are from Tuya Smart.(Sorry for the bad english, I am not a native speaker)Hope my review was helpful 🙂
