Not yet HomeKit certified
This item doesn’t work as intended, it’s meant to allow me to use apple homekit to be able to use Siri, and it’s just simple doesn’t, im using an iPhone 16 pro max and also tried on my iPad Pro, also I’m using it with pgd628fcsn, and before you ask, yes mine has the “N” in the serial number thus it’s compatible, after I added the lock/bridge to my HomeKit, it just doesn’t respond, the bridge doesn’t do anything it comes up as device not certified and does t show any info about the device, I try to unlock in HomeKit it just shows the “unlocking…..“ perpetuallyAlso tried to add via google home and it just never added, kept trying to connect to bridgeIt was ment to replace my WiFi hub but in its current state it’s just a more expensive hub that does the same thing as what I currently own, will be returning unless they fix the problems b4 I stop by ups store

Not yet ready for public launch
I couldn’t get this to work unfortunately. While I was able to get this to pair to Google Home via an Android device and Apple Homekit via an iPhone, the paired lock wouldn’t respond to any lock/unlock commands over matter. I tested two separate devices with the same problem. All I could get the the device to do was to flash its light to identify itself. Customer service couldn’t get it working with me – I tried both of the Lockly apps available. They said I’d be contacted by the next level of support, but they never reached out. The product doesn’t really seem ready for public use yet.

The only thing this does is allow you to lock/unlock via matter. No other matter functionality is available. So you don’t know if the door is locked or unlocked by someone using the keypad/finger. You don’t know if the door was opened or closed (if you have an attached door sensor). For the price, this is just terrible and severely limits it’s usefulness. The one redeeming feature is that I have found it to have a more reliable Wifi connection than the old Lockly non-matter link.

This hub works but it constantly loses connection to the locks. It works well when it decides to work but that’s not very often.
