Best sofa bed for vacation rentals
I own 11 vacation rentals and I have found the LLappuil sofa beds to be my favorite. The faux leather makes cleaning a snap especially if you are pet friendly. Previously I had issues with sofa beds breaking after 2-3 years of use due to mechanical failure of the bed hardware. Because the design here is modular there is no sofa bed mechanisms that can fail in the future. The storage in each of the cushions is extremely useful for storing extra sheets and comforters so my cleaning staff can set up the bed quickly. My spaces usually are rustic with lots of earth tones and the bright aqua color really pops for pictures and really contributes to a visually stunning space. The product is high quality. I have one that has been in use for nearly a year and still looks brand new. The faux leather is very durable. The company is easy to work with if you want to customize the product. I reached out recently for a special request and they are helping me. The only thing I wish they would do is offer more color options in faux leather. I like the aqua color but in some spaces different colors might work better.

The storage and ability to change the layout is fantastic
Caveat is that I just got the couches yesterday. I will update if they fall apart quickly.I had very specific requirements for a new couch. Needed to be elevated enough that I could actually clean underneath it, preferably have storage, be made of a non-leather material that would be easy to clean (I have a bunch of animals in the house), be able to sleep one or more people, and most importantly it needed to fit my fairly small and akwardly sized living room. This checked all the boxes and for about $1500 (with a coupon and taxes).Shipping was fast, within 4 days from ordering, and I didn’t even need to look at the directions because of how intuitive it was to put everything together. Took me about 2 hours from start to finish including unboxing with a little help. Was worried about the indovidual pieces shifting a little given the way they attach together but as long as I’m not dive-bombing into the couch it hasn’t been a problem.The couches are firm and quite comfy. The material is a vegan faux leather and very nice. Adequately deep. Could easily sleep on one though if you are taller than 5’9″ you might need to put 4 in a row and a couple on the side to be comfortable.The storage is really great. Easily fit bedding, extra pillows, board games, extra video game stuff, knitting material, etc. Every single couch has storage and can be accessed pretty easily, even the corner pieces. Absolute game changer in a house that is 100+ years old with minimal storage.Given the couches all come in separate boxes and aren’t too heavy by themselves this makes it ideal for apartments or second stories since you don’t need to really worry about the couch fitting around corners or up stairs (unless you have a non-code compliant building I guess).The only downside at this point is that couch backings aren’t as sturdy as the rest of the couch. Fine if you have them up against a wall but if not don’t lean too hard against them as they do have some give. Also too narrow to sit on if you like to do that, and there is a gap in the corners where the corners are. For the price and ability to easily and quickly change the layout I really don’t mind it but if you have a bunch of young kids who like to swing and jump off of the furniture I might either make sure they are up against a wall or find something a bit sturdier.tl:drComfy couch, awesome storage, flexible layout, couch backings are the only weak link and not a deal-breaker.Fyi the white strips in the photo are cat tape to keep my brother’s cat from wrecking the material until my couch throws come in.

Great Quality and Very Convenient Storage solution
The Modules are amazing. They’re very easy to assemble and they come with all the tools needed. We have 4 dogs and we’re concerned about the gathering fur or getting scratched and they have done great with both. The faux leather is very soft and almost suede like. We opted for this combination so that we could combine these as a bed or just keep them as a sectional. One would really pay attention to their different prices and combinations as I realized one combination was definitely a better buy. You get more total items for a better price.

Gray Set 3 is a Vibe!
Our couch (got couch set – 3 gray) arrived today and it was earlier than the expected date and all in one delivery! We absolutely looooove the couch so far and really pulls together our living room. Such a vibe. Lots of storage space for blankets, pillows, etc. Very comfy and love how you can really set it how you like it. Easy assembly with 2 ppl! Easy also to take a nap in haha! So I originally got this because I wanted something I could just wipe or vacuum the pet hair from and not have another thing to dig it out of. Any fellow pet owner knows exactly what I mean.Lo and behold, somehow the hair digs itself in and has to be peeled out.
