PERFECT frames
These HAUS and HUES 12×12 matted picture frames are perfect and quality for the price. They’re easy to hang and great for hanging in clusters. I especially love the square 12×12 and placed B&W pics of our children’s best wedding pics in a cluster of four on each side of an arch – it looks beautiful. I would prefer glass and wood but for the price you really can’t tell unless you pick them up. Very happy with them!

Easy way to open
Great frames, they don’t look cheap even though they’re priced affordable. They also have a really easy way to take off the back so that you don’t cut up your fingers.

Love the frame, but as others have pointed out, the sticker says that it’s glass when it’s clearly plastic. Glass isn’t flimsy. I don’t really care, but they need to change that word on the product.

Beautiful frame
Beautiful & very easy to hang. Came with a hanging guide which was pretty cool!I didn’t realize but it is not glass, it’s a plexiglass which is fine! It just tends to catch more reflections I feel but it’s still so beautiful. Very solid too! Lightweight enough that I don’t worry about it falling, perfect for what I needed it for. Perfect size as well! It came with hanging hardware ready to go too. I used it for a watercolor painting I did recently.

For the past few months or so, I’ve been keeping my eyes open for the perfect frames for these vintage owl pictures I had bought off Amazon in a pack of 6 which are to decorate my baby’s room. I had previously ordered some frames made out of engineered wood. Not happy with the quality at all, they looked super fake and didn’t love the tone of wood. So I returned them and upped my budget, hoping I would find real wood in my budget and in the right tone of brown. Boy, haus and hues did not disappoint! Got the brown oak (walnut) frames in 2 packs of 3 ( there was a deal if I buy 2). They arrived on time and in great shape. Very nicely packaged and wrapped. There were no scratches or damage of any kind. Each frame was individually wrapped and there were protective films on both sides of the plexiglass. By the way, I am not even upset about the fact these frames come with plexiglass. It’s super clear, and thicker than what I was expecting. I even questioned one moment if it was plexiglass or actually glass. Being that it’s in a babys room I don’t mind the plexiglass because if one of the pictures were to fall, glass wouldn’t shatter all over the place and create a safety issue for the baby who’s room is carpet. I feel like for me it’s a safe choice. Although, that being said… for the price point I would expect to have glass in these frames. My pictures fit the frames perfectly and installation went quickly. The closures on the back that keep the pictures in the frames are very nice and easy to use. Can’t wait to do a gallery wall of all 6 pictures in the frames on one wall of my baby’s room. One last thing- these frames don’t come with matting. Kind of a bummer. I was a little worried my pictures would look less nice because they wouldn’t have any matting, but I don’t miss it at all. The pictures look amazing in these frames. Anyway, couldn’t be happier, and will definitely order more haus and hues frames. They were worth the wait for sure.

1 Star – Defective Templates and Poor Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The hanging template provided is incorrectly sized and doesn’t match the actual mounting hardware on the frames. Following their template exactly left me with holes in the wrong positions.When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was told it was a “bad batch” and offered only 10% off. Hoping this was truly an isolated incident, I ordered a replacement set over a month later – only to receive frames with THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM.I now have 12 unnecessary holes in my wall because their quality control apparently hasn’t improved despite knowing about this defect. At this point, I don’t want a discount – I want frames that actually work with the template they provide, or no template at all so customers can measure properly themselves.If you’re considering these frames, either skip the template entirely and measure the hardware yourself, or choose a different brand. This company clearly knows about the issue but hasn’t fixed it.Photos attached showing the mismatch between template and actual hardware.

I love how simplistic this is and it fits a diamond painting perfectly. It would be nicer if it wasn’t so expensive but it does do the job. Also it’s not glass, it’s plastic so be careful when washing it or dusting it so you don’t scratch it.

I’m really impressed with the quality of these frames. They’re sturdy and look beautiful, as well as they are nice and light so that they don’t need to be drilled into a beam. I like that they’re plexiglass too, as I have them hanging in my nursery, I don’t have to worry about them falling and shattering. I completely recommend purchasing these frames.
