Easy to install but (Renewed) had additional challenges.
Missing screws, wire labels. Thermostat was all setup for some other WiFi network so had to go backward, and reset the whole thing in order to resume setup according to the app. The app does not tell you what to do if that happens or why it was not reset before sale.
