Great purchase – High Quality
Shopped around for awhile before finally settling on this model. This is the 3rd patio heater I’ve owned and it was clear right away that it was a quality product. Starting with the packaging, just wow. Very carefully packed and protected. Had all the parts and even spares of everything. The instructions were very clear and the setup was easy even if you aren’t a great assembler. It was roughly 2 hours from when I started opening the box to fully assembled. Here’s the best part! It lit up on the first try. And it looks great. I don’t usually leave reviews on here but I felt it was necessary on this one. Definitely worth the money!

Not Bad for the Price
Ordered (2) of these for our large patio. Packaging was done very well but I didn’t notice they sent the wrong color until after I took everything out of the larger box (I ordered bronze, received stainless steel). After I contacted Amazon, I received a prompt partial refund and kept the product. All pieces and parts were well packaged and the instructions were very straight forward. There were slight bends in the corners of the panels that were easy to straighten out. Use your own tools as the tools they included were insufficient. Upon finishing the assembly of the first unit, I tried to start it but the battery operated starter did not work. I did manually light it but good luck doing that in the South Dakota wind. Frustrating. The second unit went together well and the starter did work. Nice looking units…jury out on how much heat they provide. Probably the best you can do without going to an expensive commercial heater.

Color not what was ordered
I ordered the Bronze color and received the stainless steel color. Once out of the box what do you do? So I put it together. I was disappointed but needed it for a party that week. I am 81 years old I put it together by myself andit took me two hours. Works fine but color not what I wanted for my backyard. I have used it twice. so far so good.

Wrong color delivered
Ordered the bronze version and received the stainless steel version. Needed for an event so we had to keep. However, not satisfied receiving the wrong color.Although, it does work as expected.

Perfect for heating up chilly evenings
I love my tower heater. It was very easy to assemble. Pretty easy to move around and secures to my wooden deck with four screws. It has held up this past year very well with the strong Oklahoma winds and thunderstorms. Easy to use and puts out good heat for those chilly evenings.

Big Upgrade from the Basic Patio Heater
Assembly on this EAST OAK pyramid patio heater was pretty straightforward, though a few of the panels arrived slightly bent. Luckily, we were able to work them into place without too much trouble. Once it was together, I was impressed with how nice it looks! It’s a big, striking piece and definitely a step up in appearance from the standard propane patio heaters you see everywhere. It feels sturdy and well-designed overall.We haven’t had a chance to fire it up yet since the temperatures here in the Florida Panhandle are just starting to cool down, but I’m looking forward to using it soon. It should be perfect for evenings out on the deck once the chill sets in. If any issues pop up once we start using it, I’ll update my thoughts, but for now, it looks like a solid and stylish addition to our outdoor setup.
