Easy to install and program.
I bought this opener to replace my old “non smart” motor that was not compatible with myQ wifi hub. This motor is very quiet, easy to install and program, functions exactly as described and super easy to connect to wifi. For the money I think this is a great quality purchase.

Packed with features, for a GOOD PRICE!
Bought this opener to replace a 20+-year-old Craftsman that bit the dust. I’ve installed all of my previous openers, but paid a local company to install this one for me. EVERYTHING worked properly after installation was complete, especially like the “soft-close” feature, where the opener slows down for the last few inches of travel, stopping with a soft close vs. a stop with a “bang”. Also very much like the motion sensor on the wall remote, which turns on the light when you walk into the garage; not all openers have this feature. VERY quiet operation, even quieter than my previous belt-drive model. Camera video quality pretty decent, too.

Great upgrade
I had to replace 3 garage door motors and was on the fence about how much “Tech” I wanted on a motor that I only needed to open/close a door. I bought these on a Black Friday deal so that pushed me over the fence. They work great, super quiet and great range on the garage door remotes.Installation was made easy using the QR code to download the installation manual/video so if you know how to turn a wrench it’s almost impossible to mess it up. The first motor took 40 mins to install while the third motor took 15 minutes. I was able to reuse the existing garage door sensors on 2 of the three doors without any issues.Now for the “Tech” review…The App acts like any other App, when it works it’s awesome, but when it doesn’t it is absolutely frustrating. In my humble opinion that’s just technology and I’ll say that since I installed these in November and it now is February, it’s been working for me 75 percent of the time. I look at it as a “plus” feature so it’s not a deal breaker but I didn’t buy these to “depend” on the app feature.All in all, they are a great motor. I’d definitely purchase again if I had to but only if they are on sale…

Easy install and smooth functionality. Use the 2.4 band!
Easy to install. Much more quiet than my previous unit but also functions much faster. Love the ability to open/close remotely as well as viewing through the incorporated camera. Only flaw, the wall unit did not function and I had to purchase a different unit- but it easily connected without issue.

Good quality camera
I love the quality of the camera and capability to view live footage from my phone. The garage door works great and is quiet. I am able to open and close my garage door from anywhere as long as the wifi works. I have set up notifications on my phone for motion in my garage or when garage door is opened. Your receive 2 remote openers to keep in your car as well as a wall light switch. The garage door comes with a motion sensor light that turns on and lights up my garage when there is movement. The garage door opener is easy to assemble. It may require 2 people to install if you can not mount to the device to the ceiling while holding the track and motor at the same time.

Super quiet
I purchased two of these, one for each of the garage doors. They are absolutely amazing. Super quiet, unbelievably quiet. The cameras are great and give me piece of mind. I also purchased separately the keypad with camera to cover the entire garage area. The app is easy to setup and get connect everything. I had the lifts installed professionally. These are so amazing especially for the price (Black Friday purchase). I cannot say enough about how quiet they are compared to the chain driven ones I had before.

Very disappoint
I purchased the Chamberlain B4643T Smart Garage Door Opener with built-in camera along with a brand-new garage door system (door, tracks, springs, and opener). Unfortunately, right out of installation, the opener jerked while closing and did not lower smoothly, which should not happen with an entirely new system.This created a home security concern, as the garage could not reliably close. After troubleshooting, it was clear the unit was either defective out of the box or improperly calibrated by default. For a premium-priced opener, this was very disappointing.The smart features and camera are appealing, but reliability is critical for something that secures your home. I had to go through a replacement process, which was stressful and time-consuming.I hope the replacement performs as expected, but my experience with this unit did not meet the quality I expect from the Chamberlain brand.

Replaced an 8yr old Genie screw drive with this one because we wanted wifi connectivity and we could not get the genie to work with our car’s Homelink. I installed the opener myself, it was pretty easy. The one step I missed which ended up costing me an hour is the opener will not work until you first set the limits. Its a nice opener, quiet, no connectivity issues, works well. Will probably get another for our small garage.

Tuve mala experiencia con este motor por varias razones.Primeramente, en la descripcion decia que era de 10 pies y venian solamente a 8 pies (2.44m)Ademas el brazo guia que viene es un tubular rectangular lo cual hace que se doble o pandee al momento de meterle carga. Ese movimiento de pandeo, hace que se descalibren los limites programados.La app es facil de usar, pero si quieres acceder a la camara, tienes que pagar una anualidad.No admite cambiar controles a otra marca o programar el que venia incluido en mi camioneta.
