Great chairs
These chairs were pretty easy to assemble – I was pleasantly surprised. The illustrations in the manual were quite clear. It suggests using two people to assemble, which would have certainly been easier, but I did both of them myself – took about an hour each, including some operator errors. I painted the parts ahead of time, before assembly, to avoid painting little angles and nooks. Just used left over paint I had around. They fold and unfold really easily. Note, though, that I am 5’3″ tall and they fit my frame perfectly – if you’re a tall person, they may seem small. Note also that the box they come in says they are “golden yellow” but they are unpainted. Really glad I bought these.

They go together easily. They look nice, but the wood is very dry and gets brittle. The chairs are not sturdy.These have been kept on a covered porch, never exposed to the elements.

Comfortable but a few screws broke during assembly.
These chairs were fairly easy to assemble but a few screws broke during assembly. Thankfully there were extras included and after a bit of work to get the broken ones out, we used the extras to finish putting them together. I love that they fold up so I can store them out of the elements when not in use and extend their lifespan. The color of the wood is pretty close match to the photo, which doesn’t always happen!

Broke on First Use
Assembled and sealed and the chairs, and upon the first time sitting down in one, the wood on the armrest cracked and split completely.Product is now unavailable for replacement, and it is fully assembled with no original packaging so unable to process a refund because I can’t return the item.
