The seller is very accommodating
I made an adjustment with the chair and ordered 4 inch wooden chair legs as ones that came with the chair were only 2 inch and sat very low to the ground. I also found that the back cushion was not at a comfortable height, and I was going to return the chair, but the seller accommodated me by making a 4 inch taller back cushion and sent me two new side pillars with more cushion in them the chair now is very comfortable and looks proper. I was very impressed with the seller for their accommodation and offering to make a better sized back cushion. I also suggested to them that they use this height for all their new orders because it is way more comfortable for the back of your head and neck and looks much better. I really like the color. It was represented well and matched what was shown online the assembly was pretty simple so all in all I’m happy with it for the amount of money that it cost.

Perfect fit
Package was not scheduled to be delivered for 3-4 weeks and it arrived in one week. The seller was very communicative with us. My daughter was able to put it together by herself very easily. It fits quite perfectly in a small alcove in her apartment and is very comfortable.

Stunning Chaise and Ottoman
What a great chaise and ottoman. I’m not a handy female by any means and I was able to put it all together by myself in less than 30 min!!!! All you have to do is watch the video thats on the item description or use the instructions provided. I read some people say the pillows they provide are flat, I agree but all I did was stuff them with stuffing from other pillows I had very easy fix. Look at the pics I provided, it’s just as pictured! Also, super fast shipping I received it on the 3rd day after ordering I’m truly amazed. If your looking for a chaise and ottoman I recommend!

Super comfortable, beyond easy to assemble, my 6year old son helped me put it together. It’s large in size but that’s what I wanted. I wanted to share cuddle with my lap dog or cat. I’m a light person so the cushions are firm. Color matches my decor. I got new gray curtains to match the chair.

The chair and ottoman are great. Tons of compliments! Came just ask pictured. One “complaint” that was a $5 fix was that the ottoman slips and slides a lot. So we bought an inexpensive 2 pack bracket kit to keep them together. It is so comfy. The arms are great for storing my current book or knitting project and the cup holders are a game changer!
