Love this little fire pit. I converted it to natural gas with the supplied conversion kit which was easy to do. And I am really pleased. It works really well and puts out decent heat.

Excellent Fire Pit and Even Better Customer Service
We connected this fire pit to our own natural gas outlet on the rooftop, and it works beautifully! At first, the flame wouldn’t stay on unless we kept holding the knob, but the seller’s customer service was outstanding.Claire from Baide Home patiently guided us through every step and even arranged replacement parts from overseas at no extra cost. My husband replaced the thermocouple, and it fixed everything — now the flame burns steady and strong 🔥 exactly as it should.If you’re considering this fire pit, I highly recommend it — not only for the product itself but also for the excellent customer service behind it.

This is the perfect size gas fire pit. It’s great quality and easy to assemble and attractive. Peace of Mind Purchase!
The shipment was faster than initially scheduled. When the box arrived bold type on the box told you who and how to contact tech support.Love the powder coated pit. When I set it I thought the igniter pushed in to great the starter spark. It wouldn’t push in. I followed the instructions on the bid to report my issue. Wi to in a couple of hours the company mailed me back. They told me it had an upgraded new igniter. You don’t push it in, it only holds battery. You simply push in and turn the gas control knob that actually turns on spark, lites burner then you just adjust flame , all in one step with one knob. Love it. 58,000 BTU on high. Real quality look and function plus excellent back up service.

This fire pit is wonderful. It’s fits our roof deck perfectly . The powder coat finish seems strong and the natural gas conversion is super easy to install.

Nice look, but not stable.
Just got this, so haven’t tested it for long. Good size, puts off good heat. But right off the bat I noticed it tips very very easy. Be very careful not to push down on the sides in anyway, because it will tip up. Not very stable. Wish there was a way to make it more secure. We will just have to be very careful. Not like more expensive fire pits that you see out at bars/restaurants that people prop their feet on the sides. Do NOT do that with this one, it will tip.
