Love!
My brother showed me where he used them above and below kitchen cabinets and in living room above builtins. He helped me install above my builtins. The sticky tape does not work so we used a hot glue gun. Installation was tedious because of not sticking. Took two of us. I love how I can set times to come on, choose colors & set brightness. I use instead of lamps. I change color when watching tv vs when guests are over. Great product.

they worth it, they are really good. The app its amazing, many many options of lights and you can create your own setup. Hard to tell everything what that app can do for you, just go get it!

Super bright and easy to use
I got these as a gift for my boyfriend, who is an avid gamer. He was able to get them hung in less than five minutes and connected the lights to his phone in just as much time. We also had the extension strip which we tried to connect but it fell off the wall and when it fell one of the little prongs broke which made it not light up when we tried to reconnect it. This was an easy fix we just cut off the ends and used the strip connecter that came with the kit.My boyfriend loves his lights so much and it’s the first thing he shows to our guests.

Excellent lighting solution but no replacement power supply/controllers
Bought two of these for under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. LOVED that I can turn lights on an off from my phone, change colors, and all that… until one of them stopped working. After warranty period, of course. Cannot get it to connect to my router, even after completely removing device and starting from scratch. And I am an IT guy, too! Nothing wrong with the LED strip – it’s just the power supply/controller.OK, great – I’ll just order a replacement. Nope. Not available. Have to buy a whole new light kit at full price. So, I just plug and unplug the wall wart to turn it on/off, but that means NO remote or color control on that side. Disappointing. Minus 2 starsThe other one works great!! Plus 1 star for a total of 4.Maybe you’ll want to buy the protection plan…?

Hue Lights Work!
Tried several brands to tey and save some bucks but ended up getting the Huel light strip for my 65 LG C2. Love the ease of ise and smart device integration of the Hue lights. Highly recommend them.

Bought it from Amazon fulfillment as refurbished saying it was verified working. The thing has been cut in half and no connector provided. Also it has a short on its plug and will only light up white LEDs. I connected this lightstrip to a few I already had and confirmed the loose connection because other LEDs will light up when you bend the plug a certain way. I will not buy from amazon fulfillment refurbished again. Just wasted my time and I still have to pack it up and take it to a UPS store .

Doesn’t connect to smart home
The light itself is lovely. Beautiful glow, bright, and highly customizable – WITH the Hue app. Did not connect to Alexa/Echo for me. With no on/off button near the light, and no voice activation, you have to log into the hue app on your phone to turn on the lights. Which again, the light is great.Also the installation adhesive is garbage for the price point.

Si lo que buscas es un kit para iniciarte y que este venga con tiras de luz en lugar de focos no lo dudes, tengo varios productos Hue de philips y todos me encantan y lo mejor es la calidad que ofrecen, he usado las tiras de luz por mas de dos años y no tengo ninguna queja, las puedes regular el color y la intensidad, además, hay aplicaciones para que las puedas sincronizar con la música que estas escuchando o con los sonidos de una película. Producto 100% recomendado.
