Q: Is chime included?
Yes. Chime is included. It rings within 460 feet of the doorbell with four-tone options. The chime volume can be high or low if you’re worried that the bell will disturb your neighborhood.
Q: How long does the battery last?
In general，the doorbell can standby for 1-3 months. But this is not absolute, depending on several factors, such as detection of movement frequency and temperature.
Q: Will this doorbell work with my WiFi?
Mubview door bell camera only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi, but not supports 5G. Thus, you can choose to connect to the 2.4G network when pairing with the router.
Q: Is the doorbell simple to install?
Yes. No need for specialized wiring personnel. You can set it up in 5 minutes with a screwdriver and a power drill. If you don’t want to drill holes, there is strong command strips as alternative.
Tips: For better viewing and detection, it is suggested to mount the doorbell at least 4 feet (120 cm) above the ground.

Very Nice Doorbell Cam – Week Free Video!
I wanted to put a doorbell on the outside door for my garage. I don’t know why it is but people will stand out there and knock. I usually don’t hear them but I do get a notification from another Mubview outside cam that I have. That’s okay, but a doorbell is better.So I choose Mubview because I already have 4 other Cams. They work good and I don’t have to purchase the service if I don’t want it. So I didn’t. But with this Doorbell Cam, you get free storage for 7 days before the video is deleted. Wow, that’s awesome because you should know within 7 days if anything “untoward” happened. Another thing I like about the setup where I put the doorbell cam is that it gives me a great view of the front of my RV garage…sweet!There are two things that I didn’t like though and I realize they are minor. But the instructions for pairing the doorbell cam are do small, that I couldn’t read them. Mubview has nice instructions, but they need to realize that some of their customers are over 60 years old, lol. Another issue was with using the mounting tape that comes included. Normally I supply my own 3M double sided tape, but this time I couldn’t remember where I put the toll, damn. So I used the included tape. The white side came off easily, but getting the red side off was a nightmare that took me 15 minutes.Other than the two very minor issues listed above, this is a great cam at a great price. The doorbell function works very well and is loud enough to be heard. You can grab your phone and talk to whoever pushes the button. I also setup motion detection which I’ll use a lot because this is the door where all my package are placed.I recommend this doorbell cam, it works great for what it’s meant to do.

I recently purchased this doorbell camera and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The installation process was very easy and the app is extremely user-friendly. I was able to set up the camera and link it to my phone within just a few minutes.The video quality of the camera is truly impressive. It is crystal clear, even at night thanks to the built-in night vision. I can see every detail, from the expressions on people’s faces to the color of their clothing. It’s amazing how much detail the camera is able to capture.One of my favorite features of this doorbell is the ability to see and talk to visitors through the app on my phone, no matter where I am. This has come in handy on numerous occasions, such as when I have been away from home and have needed to communicate with a delivery person.I also appreciate the security features of the camera. It sends me a notification every time someone rings the bell or motion is detected, which has already helped me catch a couple of packages being delivered to my doorstep. It’s a great added layer of security for my home.Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of this doorbell camera. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of video quality and convenience. Great Camera, but Battery Life Could Be Better – MUBVIEW Wireless Doorbell Camera with Chime
I really love the **MUBVIEW Wireless Doorbell Camera**! The video quality is clear, the setup was easy, and the included chime is a nice touch. Plus, I appreciate that there’s no need for a subscription to access its features. It’s been reliable in providing alerts and monitoring my front door, and I feel more secure knowing I can check who’s at my door anytime.However, the one downside is the battery life. I was expecting it to last longer, but I find myself needing to recharge it every 30 days, which can be a bit inconvenient. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I wish the battery lasted a bit longer or had a quicker charging option. Overall, it’s a solid doorbell camera with good features, just be prepared to keep an eye on the battery level!

Great doorbell camera… just ordered two more Mubview security cameras
OK – this is a nice doorbell camera (J9) and the first security camera I have owned. So, with that said, I would buy again and, in fact, just ordered two more (indoor and outdoor security cameras). Just installed the unit and it has been running outside in 25-degree weather for 3 days/50 alerts with no hiccups and battery still at 93%. Very nice app with a BUNCH of options. I have the camera mounted at 5ft to view the approaching person but at that height I can’t see packages left on porch. I ordered an adjustable bracket for that as Mubview says that will resolve the issue. So, here’s my pros/cons.Pros:1. Mubview app loaded on phone (a Moto G stylus 5g 2022) just fine2. VERY easy to install camera in app – just follow the instructions. (I love this app – MANY options)3. Easy to physically install. Screws that came with camera are not strong and tend to break so use different screws if possible. Easy to pair indoor chime with unit.4. You must explore the app because it has so MANY options.5. You can customize almost all aspects of monitoring. Range of monitoring/sensitivity can be set to ignore motions you aren’t concerned about (I set the monitor range to ignore people on the sidewalk). Type of object monitoring – example, monitor humans only setting. Time frames for monitoring (ex: monitor 8AM to 9PM). And so much more.6. Good day and night vision7. The app can manage multiple cameras8. Good alerts and easy to access on app – I haven’t tried the voice/mic option but will update when I do.9. SD mem card slot to locally store images and videos. I’m not using the cloud storage option so can’t comment on that.10. Motion alerts are instantaneous – still experimenting with the doorbell answering mode, will update.11. You can view a live stream of the doorbell’s view etc. On power saver the alerts run. I believe, for 15 seconds, longer if power saver option is turned off. Very good picture.12. Many more options I’m still exploring.Cons:1. The camera angle (mentioned above) when mounted and ordered angle bracket to hopefully fix.2. My camera faces a very bright front lawn/street, so the faces of visitors close to the camera (3-4 ft) are a little dark but still recognizable. Maybe a setting I missed.Overall, a GREAT doorbell camera. I ordered two more. I’ll update pros and cons as I use the cameras.

Works great and stores video free as well as live view. You can add it to multiple phones for alerts and viewing, very simple. It’s been a year and battery life has gone from 2 weeks to 3-4 days after 9 months. The real issue is it no longer connects to the wifi. It randomly disconnected and now does not connect after multiple resets and attempts to connect. It was great while it lasted, looking for a replacement

really love this doorbell camera — especially for the price. The picture quality is sharp, motion detection works well, and I get instant alerts on my phone. I can speak to visitors and see everything clearly through the app. Setup was quick, and there are no extra subscription fees — a huge bonus.The only downside is the battery life. It lasts around 10 days, which is fine for regular use, but not ideal if you’re planning to be away for a longer trip, like two weeks, as it may run out while you’re gone.Still, it’s a great piece of kit that brings peace of mind and fantastic value — just plan around the battery cycle.

I have purchased multiple wireless front door cameras and this is by FAR the best one I have used. It is easy to set up, has a long battery life, works well as intended and doesnt require a subscription to use. The biggest negative is the door chimer because it runs on AAA batteries intead of being able to be plugged into the wall. There was an occasion where i missed the front door because it ran out of batteries. However other than that, the camera is a solid 10/10.

I really like this video doorbell. But I only have 4 stars because the battery doesn’t last as long as I had hoped. But that’s the nature of electronics. And I do not believe the battery life is the “fault” of the seller. Batteries are always a bit of a lottery.I do like that I can charge it while it’s in its housing or I can pop it out and bring it in to recharge.I’ve tried it without the cloud subscription which allows for 6 seconds of video and will delete video after about a month. I recently purchased the 1 year cloud subscription which allows for up to 30 seconds of video recording.I also like that both my husband and I can answer the video ring from our devices. It comes with a little speaker box so you can hear the doorbell anywhere in our home (we have an apartment, so we just have one floor to our home).It has some great features like you can manually record for an unlimited amount of time. You can also add an SD card to increase its storage. I would highly recommend this doorbell camera! Even with my battery concerns, I would definitely buy this again.
