I’m very happy with these motorized blinds. The quality is excellent and they look modern and elegant once installed. The remote control works smoothly and opens and closes the blinds quietly. Hands down one of the best home upgrades we have ever made. Everything came in ready to install. I purchased the option to be able to control them wiht alexa, and that is SO nice. It feels so fancy. The blinds operate smoothly, quietly, and feels very high end. Installation was easy and straighforward, and since they have been set up we have had no connectivity issues or glitches. It’s been a seamless experience. They looks very sleak and modern, and they actually blackout more of the sun that our other blinds we had that we paired with curtains. I got the color Silver Lining-White Clouds BO for this room and I could not be happier. I also opted to get the luxury fabric bar on the end, and I’m very happy with that decision. I’m very satisfied with both the quality and workmanship of these blinds. The blackout effect is extremely effective, the motor runs smoothly with very little noise, and the remote control is precise. I also really appreciate the high level of customization — the blinds were made exactly to my specifications.Customer service deserves special mention: after ordering, they followed up by email to confirm all the details of my design, even giving me a chance to make changes. That gave me a lot of confidence in the process.Overall, I had a great experience with the manufacturer and the final product.That said, if you’re ordering custom motorized blinds for the first time, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:The motor needs access to power for charging, so the side you choose for the motor matters. I initially chose the side that felt “natural” for control, only to realize during installation that I didn’t have a nearby outlet. Thankfully, the motor can also be charged with a power bank — a great backup option — and it’s completely invisible once installed.The package doesn’t come with many spare screws, so plan ahead in case you need extras.In the end, these blinds are beautiful, effective, and smooth to use. With some careful planning during customization, you’ll have an excellent result.
