Chair is perfect
At first I was a little cautious to order this chair on Amazon..I have purchased this same chair for our other house office, my husband’s office, my craft room and my home office. I was afraid that when the chair arrived it would be a fake. It’s the real deal. I love how comfortable this chair is. There are many options for adjusting it to your body. The ad was vague about what size would arrive. I wish it was the bigger version as I bought this for my husband who is over 6 feet and built like a linebacker.

Wish Repair/refurbished was explained in the ad.
I wish the ad showed that these were used/repaired items. Mine came in a box, not documentation, warranty anything. which makes more sense now that I know it’s been repaired. The chair does work well, but looks used and a little dirty. That may not have bothered me if I knew in advance that I was getting a used chair.

Desk chair.
I bought this chair for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. He was using a beach chair for his desk. This is the perfect chair! It molds to your body and has great lumbar support.

“Renewed To perfection by chairorama” yet still dirty
This is a renewed/reconditioned chair. The armrest pads are worn smooth on the front. Armrest pads were very sticky/dirty; turned my cleaning cloth brown. They used some kind of plastic reconditioner chemical on the Y-shaped lumbar support bracket, when I cleaned it, it revealed the plastic was very aged and chalky in appearance. The chair smelled funny. Foam under the front of the seat pan is partially deteriorated and kind of nasty. Otherwise, the chair seems to function as expected. For the price, I expected somewhat better condition.

Best office chair I’ve owned, but beware.
Receiving this, I was shocked to see that the chair came in grey, and not as pictured (black). The arm rests were clearly used and felt a bit sticky. I had to give it a very through cleaning. Note that the seller repairs and resells these, and that’s why it’s so cheap. So for the product vs cost, it easily still is worth it.
