Great lock!!
Super simple to install and works flawlessly. I have the Bluetooth version, so I can only use the app to unlock when I’m within the distance and should have gotten the gateway version, but it connects quick.

Finger print option to lock is very neat
This works perfectly, is easy to install, connect well to the app, looks quite modern, very similarly to my previous Kwikset locks. I like how it has a fingerprint option on top of the normal number combination, making it so easy to open . The only thing is the auto locks lock too fast, so it locks before I got out. And sometimes the fingerprint option doesn’t work immediately.

This product started given me problems immediately after installing I first thought it was me or my internet service but after I keep trying to fix the problem I realize it was defective product me and my wife have been locked out serval times save fingerprint and code not recognized keycard doesn’t work anymore good thing they gave physical keys are this lock is useless window for return expired as I was trying to figure out should have returned the first day it gave me problem. Do not recommend buying gave one star because I had to in order to submit review

Looks good but could use some work
Pretty decent, 3 stars because the finger print is finicky and the auto lock no matter where I set it it locks too quickly before I can shut it. I turned off that feature as we don’t use that door much anyway. The voice on it is really low but I don’t rely on that either. Overall it looks nice and hoping the fingerprint usage gets better . For the money though and a Bluetooth unit, it’s ok . Hooks up perfectly with smart life app.

Easy installation and use. I am so glad we chose this to replace the keyed lock. The app and multiple functions to lock/unlock the door are effective and efficient.
