Almost realistic.
I already had a Fake Succulent Garden in a large wide pot outside but needed a few more to fill in some bare spots. This set of 14 pieces has the right size plants, maybe a tad smaller, but would work out just fine in the planter pot. Planted them today, looks okay, but have noticed they’re not quite as realistic looking as my original plants that were purchased a while back. The plastic is a bit more shiny or plastic-looking, a couple are a weird bright color, and the long grape type one looks totally fake, but the price is reasonable, and they will be nice to look at in the backyard during the summer.

Great for cake decoration
We decided to decorate our own cake for our wedding. We bought a sheet cake from Costco and bought these fake succulents to decorate with. Let me tell you it turned out beautifully! They each came individually wrapped, but just to be safe I disinfected them with water and a splash of bleach. Then I rinsed them all really well. I was nervous it would damage them but there was no change after the disinfectant bath. I really like how realistic they seem and they did not seem cheap at all. People loved how amazing the cake looked and you can’t beat the price.

Hard to reshape
They are really cute, but didn’t travel well. I couldn’t reshape them to look nice so they ended up looking super fake

I ordered the same kit about 9-10 months ago and the difference is quite striking. I’m not sure what happened but my last order everything was shiny with the seams clearly showing and very plastic looking on some. The oder before was amazing. Based in what I received on my most previous order (end of November 2023) I would not order again because this was hit and miss, some were great but some were very false looking.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice these succulents look! I loved them so much and the price was great however there was a terrible smell that came with them and it just never went away. I waited a couple weeks and I just couldn’t stand it anymore. It smelled up my whole main room. My husband couldn’t smell it though, even right up close to them. So it may be something to consider if you have a sensitive nose (which I didn’t know I do lol – I was shocked he couldn’t smell it). I really tried to keep them because I love the look of them. But I just couldn’t stand the smell anymore.
