Sturdy Retro-Modern TV Stand
I’m always skeptical of DIY furniture as quality generally seems lacking. I’m happy to say this tv stand completely bucks that trend. This is a great retro-modern looking piece that looks way more expensive that its price tag. Seems very sturdy and of a higher quality than comparable items that I’ve seen. Holds a 65″ tv (with wide, bulky legs no less) with room to spare. Not a ton of room for components so if you have a lot of AV hardware you may need something with more shelves/storage space. However there is plenty of shelf space for a cable box and Blu Ray player, as well as two good sized cabinets for video games or storage. Assembly was pretty standard, instructions were clear and concise, no issues with some of the common problems like missing hardware, holes not lining up, etc. Expectations met and exceeded.

Don’t think too much. It’s a solid choice.
Sturdy construction, easy set up, looks high quality and classic. Fits 65 inch tv well. Use a blanket when assembling, as the wood gets scratched by the floor.

Cute, but parts quality could be improved
It looks just like in the picture and it goes together fairly simply. However none of the dowels and cam locks fit snugly in their holes so you do fight them falling out during assembly. This could be improved and would likely made for a sturdier unit if they fit together more tightly.

Love this table! We got a new tv that was too wide for our old one and this one was the most stylish and budget friendly. I know at this price point you won’t get real wood and I don’t like the fake wood grain look – this table does NOT look tacky or cheap like some others. It is very sleek, stylish, and changed the whole vibe of our room. It was also very easy to assemble. I like the extra storage and areas to put decor. I definitely see this holding up for a good while if treated with care. The only thing I recommend is using two people to move it if moving on carpet. Before we got a new floor I tried moving it on carpet and one of the legs came off. It was an easy fix with some superglue and it’s not worse for wear. Just something to be aware of!

Definitely a homey vibe!
Absolutely loved it! Definitely has a 70’s vibe but I love how nice it looks nothing like metal chrome sets that are so popular these days. These are much more home vibes and cute. It is a low tv stand but if you have a 43’ size tv it still holds up pretty well especially fits small sizes for bedrooms and if you ever upgrade to a bigger tv you know that it won’t touch the roof of your home. I haven’t had any scratched surfaces and it was easy to assemble by one person though two people could do it.

Mustard?! Now let’s not be silly.
Holds my 65″ tv. For a cheap piece of Amazon furniture, it’s quite sturdy. Not top quality but I’d say a solid lower-mid quality. That being said the “gold” accents are straight up mustard yellow. No metallic shine just… mustard. It’s not a great color. The knobs looked horrendously cheap so I swapped them for some nice metal ones from Menards and it instantly looked better (second pic). I’ll be repainting the screens and legs. Otherwise, a good buy.Minus one star for being mid quality. Minus another star for having janky ugly mustard accents.
